I would give less if I could. Bought a “witch” rosary which showed gemstones with a key at the bottom. Took over a month to receive and once it arrived it was a black oversized key on a cheap chain. Customer support offered me a $1 refund on a $20 purchase and claimed I received what I ordered despite the photo I submitted. Scam all the way!
A lesson in "you should never order anything you see advertised on facebook". They say "Made in the USA" and their website says they ship from the USA, but when I ordered the pumpkin bag from them, the package started off overseas, spent a while in Spain, and never arrived. I don't think the package was actually addressed to me. I also don't think the product was in there. As expected they gave me the runaround for 3 months, saying a replacement was on the way, and never being able to provide a tracking number - and now they refuse to give a refund.
This is a scam store, they ask customers to send money via paypal under the form of sending to relatives, family.
And this cannot be refunded after sending.
Then they have taken that money.
Never pay them.
