I’ve had several interactions with eternal slots where I’ve tried to withdraw my winnings, where they make it absolutely impossible for someone to make a withdrawal and even if you do make a withdrawal, there’s so many guidelines and stipulations that they may deny it for a rule that you broke that you didn’t even know that you were breaking. It may not even have been a rule until they just made it because it seems like that’s the type of casino that they are.

I used their free $225 chip and miraculously played through the ridiculous 30x wager required to be able to cash out $100, when I tried to cash out $68. They rejected it because I bet over $10, a single line of code could have prevented that from happening. Which makes me think it was done on purpose. That responsibility should not land on a player. You give an avid gambler free money, you should have safe guards in place to enforce rules, unless you count on those rules to be broken in order to prevent cash outs.

When I finally did win some money , my withdrawal was denied , it's not fair if you spend time on a game and they deny your request . That's just waiting your time .

Scam, won't honor bonus, claims that since I made an account ages ago I never even played on I can't cash out my winnings .

Scam casino site. They offer free spins then randomly remove free spins from your account even though the site says free spins forever. All the site does is lie. There is a chain of these scam casinos and they all are shady. Notice all the 1 star reviews and realize not all the sites can be trusted. Eternalslots is for sure a scam.

Max cash out is 100$ from sign up bonus. I understood it. When I did all requirements and decided to not withdraw but play I made 1,700$ and the casino allowed me 100 only to withdraw. It sounds like total scam.

I have played on around 30-50 online casinos and this is by far my worst experience.
I had signed up a week prior using 100 bonus and some fs - pretty generous!- I wasn't playing much through that week, but eternal would send me emails with fs daily, so I used most of them (never cashed anything out but, again I thought, 'how generous! These guys know how to treat players to create loyal players!') their game selection leaves is **meh** but I was going to make them my go to app for awhile. AND THEN... used a free spin offer on Monday that was emailed to me by eternal. Played through and won around $25- but then when I was playing the winnings out I started getting hot luck! By the time I Played through the 650ish required, I watched my balance to go 100 from nearly 500. Sad, but understandable. I added 90 to withdraw and left myself 10 to play with. Still had the hit luck! Yay! Played it back up to 98 when, in the middle of a tarot destiny bonus ($1bet) on the 3rd tier! Which I don't think I've ever gotten to on that game, I recieve a message saying that my session has been terminated by an admin. So, I go to the chat... I didn't even have to explain what happened, it was the same person who booted me. Telling me that I had used more than 10 promos without depositing- which I had not used that many, and used the ones they sent me! With the exception of maybe one from a this site that I had been emailed. I told him I had not used that many and had just signed up a few days ago, he was extremely rude and said that I had been signed up for 7 days and "managed to use over 10 bonuses since then'. I knew that wasn't true- so I headed to the history- I had used 6 promos. Not over 10 which is the policy limit. I told him this, but he weirdly kept repeating himself. When I asked for a supervisor, he gave me the support email address. They voided my $90 withdrawal that had already been approved, deleted my $98 balance and stopped the awesome bonus that would have been minimum payout of $200. I followed their terms, didn't complain about loosing 400 to the mco, and they ruined my fun!! I'm envisioning one guy in a dusty basement t tracking everyone's play so they don't win... and then answering the chat using different names 🤷🏻‍♀️ I'm giving them one more day to reply to my email and starting to call government regulatory and consumer affairs agencies. Hopefully they will learn to not steal peoples' joy and money. If anyone has info on how to shut down scams to save other from experiences like this contact me please!

Worst experience I ever had with SC slots. I'm warning you, do not trust these scammy ass bums. They will not pay you I promise and will tell you that you used 10 coupons before depositing even when I've only had an account for 4 days. They will also just use this one; If you and someone else play at the same IP address (including public places like libraries etc 😂) all winnings are voided. There's tons of other SC websites that are legit out there , do not waste your time with eternal fuckboy slots...

This crashed CONSTANTLY. I get one spin and then it crashes every time - too annoying to bother.
