NO. I ordered my order (1 necklace) a MONTH ago, and it said that i’d get it after 3 days. Now, I finally get an e-mail that my order has been shipped. But it Will take another month to get delivered. The delivery is with global cainiao and it has very bad reviews for not being delivered and bad costumer services. In that month I thought i was scammed and wrote several e-mails in different languages still didn’t got any response. This website is a SCAM. I don’t know if i’ll get my package but i’ll update you. Oh yeah BTW: They say you don’t have to play for shipping costs, but you’ll have to when you’ve paid.
DONT ORDER ON ETERNAL LOVE JEWELS, I WARN YOU!

UPDATE:
the package arrived a few days ago (1 month and 12 days later). But I'm not even going to talk about the quality: it's extremely fragile, not even Stainless Steel I think,... Conclusion: they say they are handmade jewelry, but don't fall for it: they are from China (also stated on the tracking site) but the worst is yet to come: A day ago I found out that an attempt had been made to defraud my bank card, luckily it was blocked just in time or I would have lost all my money. The bank has said that a poor quality website (an Asian webshop) has probably sold my bank details. This is the ONLY (apparently) Asian website I have shopped on in recent months. So 3 guesses as to which website sold my bank details...
DECISION: Do you want to pay €20 for 1 necklace, with a quality of 0, from China. AND do you also want your bank card to be fraudulent? Then be sure to shop at Eternal Love Jewels!

NEVER BUY FROM HERE!!! I ordered a Christmas gift, and it got returned with out a notification. We never received anything. I’m so disappointed!!

I ordered it on December 9th, but I haven't heard anything since. I've written several emails, but I haven't received any responses to any of them. Really frustrating.

I have just received my order from Eternal , earlier than expected . They are such a good Company & I am SO pleased with the jewellery I ordered . I have dealt with them before & everything comes beautifully packaged . Perfect as a gift .

So I finally found someone who was not only lovely to talk to but also someone that put me at complete ease with sending of some of my precious dogs ashes. Im so in love with my new ring and its something i will forever be grateful to have and to wear ❤️
