Would avoid for customer service. I purchased a half booster pack this morning before deciding I wanted to cancel and save the money. I purchased through Shopify which states the refund policy is for the full amount. I contacted Nathan who referred me to the stores online policy, which is different to Shopify, stating they will take 10% off the refund price due to it being a popular set. I then stated the Shopify policy to Nathan who implied I wasn't a normal human because I had decided to cancel my order 15-20 minutes after placing it. Since a few emails back and forth he agreed to a "full refund minus their fees" which equates to around 3.70. I'm not sure is this entirely legal but it's definitely left a sour taste in the mouth.

EDIT in response to the owner's comment. The audacity to call me someone who uses a bot is hilarious. Firstly, I requested to cancel 11 minutes after I placed the order - which is absolutely a fair amount of time to ponder how much I had spent that morning and thought probably best I don't spend any money. Secondly - what evidence does the owner have that I have used a botting program? I received an email saying they had stock to sell, I clicked the link, purchased and then shortly asked for a full refund. I actually have zero idea on how to use any sort of bot and I was just quite simply a customer looking to open some cards that made a bad decision and wanted to remedy the purchase. Terrible how the business takes out their frustrations on the customer.
