Box containing (cardboard) , was badly damaged. With bag of tools,not in parcel. With an item missing.
However I reported the situation, and it has been resolved. I have not been able to assemble the wheelchair as yet

Etech Mobility’s customer service is…
Etech Mobility’s customer service is second to none. I had some minor issues with my chair after using it for a while. Etech replaced the parts on a next-day delivery at no cost to me. The Freedom Pro ST chair is excellent, able to manage the steepest hills with ease, and it meets all of the rail and flight requirements for travel. I added a second battery as I travel long distances, my char rarely drops below half charge, with gives me piece of mind.

It was easy to find which wheelchair was the one that would suit me and then order it. Good price for what you get, delivery was great and fast. the chair was dropped right at my front door so no hassel. Would recommend to anyone wanting a new wheelchair at a good price and fast delivery 5*

Independence in one simple package
A conversation would start the day The salesman made it so easy with no pressure sale,he let me take the lead as this was my first chair purchase. I tried numerous models before settling on what I purchased after realising that I actually did like the chair with the headrest and it enabled me to relax

Really quick delivery!
I requested that they put the joystick on the left hand side - which they kindly did.
