We received our trampoline in 2 boxes on a euro-pallet, both boxes in an good shape not destroyed. As the trampoline is a Christmas gift we didn’t open them yet. Delivery was quick after ordering.

The trampoline was installed this weekend and we are happy with it. Looks like good quality. Service in advance in selecting the right model for our garden, was also helpful. The installation was done in a pleasant and good way as well and within a week.

Perfect service
I didn't know which springmat was suited to my trampoline. I asked it by chat and received quickly the right answer. I ordered it and two days later i received the package at home without any additional cost. Perfect service ! Tank you Etan !

Went to the showroom last friday, ordered the trampoline. Got a call that evening from the planner. Next tuesday two very friendly guys showed up and installed the trampo very professionally. They also disposed of the soil.

First and only trampoline since 2011
We bought our first and only trampoline in 2011, when our eldest son was 7. It was an Etan Premium 3x2.3m frame. It is still going strong, though we have been through four mats, and there are a few spots of rust. Two mats were replaced free of charge. Our four kids all jump, and their friends. It has been a good way to let off steam at any time of day, in any season. Our eldest is now 16 (and 77kg), and still jumps and flips on the same trampoline. Our third wins medals at gymnastic competitions. The service (when required) has been helpful and efficient. Highly recommended!
