A great service when looking to place a person in a specific role. The competency and DISC questions and answers help to manage the candidates easily and the questions that we can set for the role made it easy to create a shortlist from the applicants.

Friendly and Efficient Service
eTalent was introduced to us through Action Coach and as we are entering a period of natural turnover and change, that they would be an ideal recruitment resource to attract new talent to the business at supervisor level. The assistance and support from all of the team, particularly Nik, has been excellent and so far using the web portal has been very easy. We are really looking forward to finding our future staff.

Another great experience, all candidates are scored out of 100 on my job specific questions so it was easy to see the stand out candidates which saves time reading every CV, going on so many job boards it attracted so many applicants and saved a lot of money on agency fees. Disc profiling is such a powerful tool and ensures the correct fit for my team. With a designated contact who always picked up the phone and replied to every email my hand was held every step of the way.
I wouldn't recruit any other way!

Was introduced to Lorna, she was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable, and anything she didn't know she would go away and find out then come back to us. The process was very straightforward and support from the team was excellent. I hired an excellent new BDM within 3 weeks of posting the job. The system of excluding candidates enabled me to narrow down the list without extensive work or reviews of CVs. It was a game-changer as far as time-saving is concerned.
