Excellent, Professional Service!

We used this service to get visas for a tourist trip to Kolkata, India. The service was fantastic! They notified me of an error on the application before they submitted it-- saving me a lot of money and hassle. Would definitely use this service again!

The best, reliable and fast service ever!

Almost hopeless in getting ETV from Gov India website as their payment options both SBIepay and Axis malfunctioning due to high volume of applicants, both customer numbers only
rings and drops. Application ID limits 3 attempts then you will need to afresh filled form again. Did have intensive research on said "payment error" and everywhere I see is true. Even hashtag on #sbiepayment Twitter and Telegraph articles regarding on Indian Visa problems. Until, I landed on etaindia.org made a call that very day and spoke to Yogesh, so kind, clear and prompt to my queries. Sent all documents (form) and clear Passport which shows "country of residence" make sure you got right scanned machine to give you perfect copy so with white BG photo on every day look, not as same in Passport.

Submitted visa form around 4:52PM June 9, 2016 and granted visa 10:25AM June 10, 2016. How cool is that! Definitely be a return client after this visit. 127$ fee is reasonable and less hassle than 49$ but no feedback, and no visa issued. Highly recommended. Shukriya!

Excellent super fast service, very responsive customer service

I am amazed at how this company has processed an e visa in 12 hours! I thought it was impossible considering the process takes 72 hours. They were responsive on phone and email and assured me that I would get the visa on time.

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND their EXCELLENT services to any applicant who wants a visa to India.

etaINDIA.org: RAPID, RELIABLE, RESPONSIVE and REASSURING!

I used the e-TOURIST VISA (eTV) online service provided by the Govt of India, which is wonderful if you need a visa in a hurry for a nominal fee of $60 (30 day, single entry). Well, my request was rejected.

Typically, this is because of some error/omission on the submitter's part (it happens on occasion to the best of us). What was very frustrating, however, was there was no reason for rejection! This would have helped immensely in a re-submittal with the appropriate correction.

It would be an excellent process improvement on the part of eTV if they would include the reason for rejection. I urge them to please do so. I called their Help Desk and was about to be told the reason for rejection, but then the calls dropped ... twice.

I then tried to re-submit, risking a second rejection, since I had no idea why I was rejected. But then the system wouldn't allow this, since I now had less than the 4-day minimum submission period.

Fortunately, I found Mr. Yogesh Rohilla's etaINDIA service via Google. The entry system is very similar to that of eTV, which made it easy. After submitting my request, I called Mr. Rohilla and he was very responsive, quietly assuring me that I would have the visa in 12 to 14 hours.

He reviewed my application and said it was done correctly, which assuaged my concerns of yet another rejection. Mr. Rohilla informed me that he would email me the visa upon it being granted and would also call me to ensure that I was satisfied. All these things he did,

What a relief! Every cent of the $299 was well worth it. etaINDIA is a legitimate service, from my experience. They deliver. Period.

Outstanding - a trip saver

My wife and I were stymied by the official VFS website not working properly. We start our trip next week, travelling to Singapore and Australia then India, so we could not go the "interview" route to getting a visa because we could not be without our passports and risk missing our outbound flights. Etaindia came to the rescue and have delivered our visas as promised in 48 hours (and on a Sunday, at that). They were very helpful by phone and email. So our plans are back on track despite the incompetence of the official provider VFS. Their website doesn't work - payment consistently refused (what?!) and somehow uploading a blank grey page instead of the actual passport image!! Ironic when we are visiting Bengaluru, software capital of the known universe! The government should fire VFS and permit one to apply for an eTourist visa more than 34 days before intended arrival - a crazy rule that causes unnecessary stress, especially to those with travel plans before their intended arrival in India. Despite the 100% uplift in cost, cannot recommend Etaindia highly enough.

etaindia saved my daughter's holiday

etaindia saved my daughter's holiday. Last night we were in despair - my daughter had booked a flight to India tonight but had not got a visa and was horrified to discover she could not obtain one on arrival. After panicking and then some frantic searching I discovered etaindia who offered a 12 hour turn round on Indian visas. Although this cost twice as much as a standard e-visa there was no choice!
We therefore went ahead and filled in the paperwork. and, affter submitting it we received immediate confirmation - which was reassuring.
Because time was short, I telephoned their offices twice (using skype) and immediately got a reassuring update. At 11am today I got an email announcing that the visa would be delivered in 4 hours - and it duly arrived at 2pm - remarkable considering yesterday was a Sunday.
In 30 minutes my daughter will be leaving for Goa singing the praises of etaindia all the way!!!

expensive but saved my holiday

Like others I was naive and didn't realise I needed to apply for Indian tourist visas until 17 hours before first flight to Sri Lanka and 36 hours before final flight leg departing for India. Was nervous about sending so much money via PayPal to a non-government agency but decided to trust the other reviews here and it was worth it - I paid at 3am Sunday and received visa at 2:20am on Monday, within the 24 hour window promised and shortly before my scheduled flight to India. Unfortunately that wasn't early enough for Sri Lankan Airlines who decided to take the opportunity to screw a lot more money out of me for no good reason, so make sure you have your visa PRINTED before your FIRST flight... but that's another story.

Even though this service is very expensive I can definitely recommend it if you are desperate for a visa within 24 hours. The only other thing which could have been improved was more clarity over exactly what "12 working hours" means, but it seems to mean within 24 hours, even on a Sunday. My contact was very responsive and helpful by both phone and email. Thanks!

What a relief !!

I had an awful experience with official eTV site refusing to take payment online. The helpdesk referred me to SblPay 'technical support' (2 tel numbers). After 100 unsuccessful (no answer) calls I gave up and used this agency, paying by Paypal. Visa received after 24h. OK, cost me $127 but at least I have the visa. Would recommend this site as legitimate - other sites may be cheaper but I cannot fault the service. Holiday now back on !!
