Nordstrom has great clothes with excellent quality. The delivery time is quite long as it is from the US. Unfortunately one of the dresses were stained and very dirty so I contacted Nordstrom and was told to return it and they would refund me the return fee. Which they did. However if you do need to return something otherwise it is very expensive.

Avoid ESW at all costs for international shipping. Unfortunately, Nordstrom now partners with ESW for their international shipping and the service is slow, unreliable, plagued by delays, and is supported by customer service reps who either 1.) don't care about rectifying the situation to the customer's satisfaction and/or 2.) aren't empowered to escalate situations or make good on a bad situation.
I recently contacted ESW about 1 of my packages that in particular, was very delayed. I received a shipping notification on July 15, but noticed a week later (per USPS tracking) that the package hadn't even been picked up yet. I reached out to ESW customer service multiple times over the next few weeks, and was even told that "As per order 547624890, package 9200190161985912521210. We can confirm that package is currently in transit to you." After many meaningless updates and ignoring my requests to escalate the issue and to offer expedited shipping considering the major delay, on day 22 post-shipment I was told "Due to an internal issue that leads to the incomplete fulfillment of this package, we have issued a refund to your original payment method."
What a colossal waste of time and energy. My boyfriend won't have his swim shorts in time for our cruise, and if ESW would have confirmed that they couldn't fulfill the order earlier, I could have purchased them from a different vendor. Shame on a customer-oriented company like Nordstrom for partnering with ESW! Meanwhile, there are brands like Reformation shipping internationally using FedEx (and I receive those packages within 5 days). If you're fine waiting an entire month to receive a package via ESW (and at a high price point, considering the shipping fee + duties), then maybe ESW is for you. I have reported my experience to Nordstrom, and hopefully if they receive enough of these reports, ESW won't be their shipping partner for very long.

Packages arrived in a timely manner. I did have an issue where one item was the wrong colour and the other was the wrong item however their customer service was exceptional and got my issue dealt with promptly.

There was constant communication to keep me informed about the state of the DHL strike, as well as advise on when best to submit my refund. They also explained the procedure and cleared up any issues/concerns from my end about the whole refund process.

Terrible experience via ESW & Nordstrom. Essentially the two of them cannot talk to each other, point fingers back and forth to deflect, etc.
Feb 20 - Order placed. Shipping was 26 chf. After receipt, I go to return via the website and see that the return shipping is 67 chf - the return shipping costs are not posted anywhere beforehand. Why was it only 26 to ship to me but 2.5x that to ship it back?
March 8 - 11 - Contacted CS for both ESW and Nordstrom. Both says they don't set the price, the other does. Eventually the Nordstrom CS rep says I can return the product myself and provided the return address.
March 21 - 22 - Returned the package, with tracking. Followed all procedures discussed in previous emails with Nordstrom. Emailed both providing the tracking number. Told that as soon as the package is delivered, to allow 4 working days to receive the refund. Offered to forward conversation with Nordstrom to ESW.
March 29 - Tracking confirms delivery.
April 4 - Emailed both to get an update. I have not yet seen a refund - ESW now wants proof of delivery and a photo, but that might be difficult to provide since I no longer have the package after shipping it. Reported this info back to nordstrom.
April 5 - Nordstrom responded with a blanket email directing me to ESW.
Neither company will respond to my emails anymore. So I'm out about 200 chf for shoes I don't even have.
Edit June 21: ESW under a Nordstrom badge, emailed June 7 about an appeasement payment in the amount of the shoes. After waiting 8 business days I did not see a refund, so I emailed. ESW stated my bank must be blocking it. My bank said they don't see anything pending or even attempted. Forwarded this information to ESW who said they'd look into it and to give them more time.
July 16: Refund finally hit my account.
It literally took months and dogged emailing. Will not order anything via nordstrom again due to their ESW partnership.

I placed an international order on April 21, 2025 via Nordstrom, which was fulfilled by ESW (order no: 534445931). The order consisted of two items from the same brand: a Zwilling cookware set and a Zwilling knife set.
However, I only received one package – the cookware set in its original box, with no additional packaging. A shipping label had been placed directly on this product box, as if both items were inside. Unfortunately, the knife set was not delivered.
I contacted ESW multiple times. While they initially acknowledged my concern and asked for 3 business days to investigate, no resolution has been provided even after the deadline passed. Despite the obvious logistics mistake, ESW has failed to take the matter seriously or provide a satisfactory update.
This is not just a low-value item; the missing product is a premium kitchen set. The lack of professionalism and clarity in addressing this issue is extremely disappointing, especially for a company handling global fulfillment for such a reputable retailer.
I have now filed complaints with the FTC and BBB, and I strongly urge others to be cautious when using ESW for international deliveries.

Where do I begin?! I purchased 6 items from Nordstrom online for my daughter and I. Unfortunately, nothing worked out so I contacted them for a return label. I received only ONE label, despite having received the items in 3 different boxes. I have now been shuttled over from Nordstrom ( a well respected store) to E ShopWorld and it has been a nightmare. Bottom line is, they refuse to send me more labels, they are putting me off, and putting me off (understanding that there is a time limit on when returns have to be sent back). I said I need to send them back! They finally said I can use the label I have, and put all in one box. Fine - I figured out how to send 5/6 items back in one box and sent it. THEY JUST EMAILED TO SAY THEY VOIDED THE LABEL. These people must be scammers - they’re holding me off and not sending labels to ensure that time runs out and they can refuse my return? I ordered over $1000 worth of merchandise! Unbelievable. I’ve never had such awful service, and Nordstrom should be ashamed to chase away a 20+ year excellent customer. I am still hoping I will get my money back, but this nightmare has been ongoing for a week, and I fear it will continue. Shameful!!
EDITED June 9, 2025 - after literally 19 (!) emails with this company, and two months of frustration, I finally got my money back. Insane that they handled this so poorly.
