Cost effective

Purchasing insurance for my phones was easy and cost effective. It would have cost me twice the amount to be billed monthly by my phone co.company.

Easy and right to the point at purchase.

Best insurance for the best price

After reviewing many insurance providers, I found that esurranty had the best coverage at the most reasonable price. The great reviews closed the deal. I would highly recommend.

They won't respond properly when claim starts.

They didn't respond properly to any of my questions. The customer support tickets were never answered. They didn't respond to my emails also. I lost money and time. I would like to give less a star but didn't have option to do so. Only signing up is easy, They'll show hell after that. I raised many tickets for my refund and never got response.

All questions and concerns are dealt with promptly by customers submitting support tickets during normal business hours and through chat ticket support after normal business hours. Our response time is less than 15 minutes to valid support tickets.

Do not trust esurranty

Do not trust esurranty, and don't purchase a policy from them. My phone unexpectedly stopped working on September 8, 2018. The next day, we contacted esurranty. We followed their instructions for mailing my phone to them. Today is December 6, 2018, and we still have NOT received my phone back, and we also have NOT received any payment for the value of my phone. They don't always respond, and when they do, their answers don't always make sense. The last we heard at least a few weeks ago was that the Samsung repair center was going to ship the phone back to us. We still have not seen received it.

Unacceptable

I send my smart watch to repair, its been two months. I never got response. I tried reaching through phone, email, raising the tickets.

I'm sorry that there seems to be some miscommunication. Your account notes show that you were contacted 3 times letting you know the device was iCloud locked and could not be replaced until you removed it from that account. They also show that you disputed your policy and deductible payment to us. We can no longer assist you until your payments are brought current.

Sign up was easy

Sign up was easy, download and printing documents for records was simple. I have not had a need to make a claim as of yet, so we will see how that goes, if it is ever needed.

Before I came to Esurranty

Before I came to Esurranty, I read the reviews and saw a bunch of mix reviews. Some good and some bad. So I decided to take a risk and sign up with Esurranty. After signing up, I made sure to give in everything to make sure my account was activated. I, then, sent a email making sure that my account was active which was confirmed to me that it was. If I am not mistaken, two weeks later my phone's screen cracked from landing on a sharp rock/pebble. So I filled out my claim a little while later and was contacted by the claims manager within one and a half business days which made me really happy. So he told me that he was going to take care of everything and gave me two options. One was that I can ship it in or I can take it to a authorized repair center. I decided to take the second option since I thought it would be faster. So I let the claims manager know and he gave me instructions on what I should do and everything. So two days later, I took it into an Ubreakifix and had it fixed. That same day I sent in the receipt to which the claims manager responded that he would send to accounting for me to be reimbursed and then a check should be mailed out to me that Friday as long as it was verified with the store. That was on October 17th. Today its nearly December and I still haven't received any type of update on what happened to the check. I have tried contacting the claims manager 3 days ago but am still waiting for a response. Hopefully it turns out for the better but as of now they've taken the year worth insurance money and have not returned a reimbursement. Thankfully, i didnt send in my phone becuase who knows how long that would have taken.
