This is the worst agency I’ve ever dealt with. Still haven’t received my deposit after over three months of my moving out. No response at all no matter I tried phone calls or emails. I’m starting to sue them through the court

Scammer company. Was renting with them for 2 years, poor property management, rarely answering any emails.
Left a long time ago and they still haven’t returned my deposit, ignoring any type of communication, had no other choice but to submit this issue to court. Also always making new accounts on google maps because of all the bad reviews they are getting

They haven’t returned my rental deposit, stopped replying to emails, and blocked my calls. I’m now taking them to court. Avoid.

I paid a refundable deposit (as confirmed by their own agent) over six months ago to view a room. After deciding not to move forward with it, I requested a refund, which they said would be processed immediately. However, it has now been over six months, and despite contacting them multiple times by phone, I keep getting redirected and receiving different answers each time. I still haven’t received my deposit back. This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Scam! I had many problems after renting from Estate Agent Power — extra charges, no replies to my emails, and they didn’t return my deposit. I raised a complaint through MyDeposits and PRS, and after about 6–7 months, I finally got back what I was owed including my deposit and compensation for their poor communication. Avoid this agency, and if you’re already dealing with them, don’t hesitate to contact MyDeposits or PRS for support.

I rented a room in a flat through this agency and had a great experience. The staff were super friendly and always helpful. The flat was clean, well-kept, and exactly as shown. Any small issues were sorted quickly by the management. Really reliable and easy to deal with—highly recommend!

I linked to a few listings in my blog and ended up earning on two deals. Love that I can track everything and get paid without handling the sale directly.

Good system, needs more listings

As a buyer, I felt protected the entire time. As a seller, though, I wish there was a bit more support or guidance along the way.

The concept is awesome. I just wish there were more properties in my area to choose from. I'm sure that'll change as more people start using it.

If you’re looking for serious buyers, this is a great place. But don’t expect super quick sales it took longer than I thought. The upside is you know the buyers are legit
