Perfect and always prompt in updating and maintaining my showreels

The Society of British Theatre Designers have worked with E-stage over a period of 16 months now supporting three very different installs and iterations of our exhibition Staging Places. Each venue (an international festival, a national museum and an art gallery) has presented significant and different challenges. Ian Taylor and his team have budgeted and managed each project fairly, honestly and competitively. Their time management is impeccable and the positive, good humoured attitude of the whole team makes such hard work a really enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

eStage have been amazing at supporting a vision of marketing through a website - they listened to the brief attentively, offered great technical guidance, worked incredibly fast to refine and adapt to changes, and provided a very personable contact and interface that made me feel like I was in really good hands. Their pricing is very competitive and for anyone creative, they know how to work well in this sector and create an online presence that isn't corporate or dry. Will continue using their services to maintain my site, campaigns and emails for the foreseeable future.

The PMF had a really positive experience working with eStage on our new Members website productionmanagersforum.org. eStage looked at the website we already had and the work that we do. They suggested how the new website could function better for our members and for all the Committee Members who use it to who look after different aspects of our work. They have designed the site so that we can continue to expand its use in the future.
We made various suggestions as to what we wanted on the website, but did not have to worry about any of the technical aspects, as Ian Taylor took these all in his stride. He presented his ideas to us clearly, and took on board any changes we talked about. Nothing was too much trouble and the support offered as we get used to the new site has also been excellent.
Not only do we have a new, good-looking, easy to navigate, interactive website, but eStage’s input as to how we could use it has changed and improved our way of working as an organisation.

Would highly recommend to anyone in search of production management you can trust. Design was delivered on time within budget to a very high standard. Hugely refreshing to work with production managers who are not willing to compromise the artistry and integrity of the design in order to simplify the job. Easy going company, well equipped, a very easy and pleasant work process despite time and budget constraints of the job.

I run an arts venue and participatory organisation in Barking. eStage supplied and installed the light and sound rig for our new studio theatre, in advance of the grand opening of the theatre. Nothing was too much trouble for Ian, Cameron and the team. They installed in a timely, safe fashion and gifted us extras such as festoon lighting for house lights, a lecturn for speeches and a star curtain. They had thought of everything! The service is friendly, ultra-efficient and professional. I also compere lots of festivals, and so I'm backstage with the eStage crew quite regularly. Ian is easily the best stage manager I've ever worked with. He's so calm, competent and unflappable. All in all, I can't recommend eStage highly enough.

EStage were very professional, supportive and creative when we needed help with our website. The staff were friendly and very quick to help solve problems. We are very happy with the final result and it portrays Hibiscus Retreat just as we wanted. Highly recommended
