I received a damaged box of items and wasn't sure what to do. Luckily I reached out to Estaderma right away and after I finished inspecting everything, all my products were safe. However, the response I received from them was quick and very reassuring. If I had any issues or product loss they were there to help me out. Estaderma is one of my main go-to’s for great skin care products at great prices. They run specials all the time allowing you to order additional items you may have been looking at for a while. Everything is the highest quality and so much care is placed in the packaging and shipping process, which is incredibly quick too, by the way. The biggest problem you’ll have is trying to decide what to order each time because there are so many great products.

I have ordered from Estaderma many times through out 2024 into 25. Their process is efficient for shipping and most times (unless a huge sale) I get my items in 2-3 days (located middle TN) Products are authentic and the one time an item was missing they rectified it immediately.
Oh and they have THE BEST Sales!!!

Estaderma is my go to place for all Korean beauty essentials and they have been for years. I will not use anyone else. The website is easy to navigate and up to date, they have multiple products from tried and true to new with details of the products visible. Their prices, even without discount codes and not considering their many sales throughout the year, are competitive. Most importantly the turn around time from date of purchase to actual delivery is lighting fast as promised. The entire payment process is simple, secure, and fast, items always arrive well packed with extra goodies and Estaderma’s communication is excellent.

I have previously ordered products from other renown vendors, but my orders were disappointing.
Once I received the goods (lifting threads) but they were very close to their expiry dates.
Another time, instead of receiving 2 lifting threads SEALED packages, they sent me 40 threads all stuffed in in 1 single OPENED pouch, up to the extent that the pouch could not even be closed with its zip.
This was so disappointing, considering also the fact that once the package is opened, the life span is lost and its sterilization as well.

I then started ordering from Estaderma.
The ordering process was very smooth, the delivery was extremely fast, and the actual order was Bang on.
I ordered from them already 3 times and all orders were perfect, and I am about to place another order.
I highly recommend them.
