The only Official Site for ESTA application

This is the only Official Site for ESTA application.

I've applied, paid 21 USD, and had my application approved 2 hours later.

It is unfortunate that scam websites have better reviews than the official one in TrustPilot

FIXED - ESTA Payment fault

Just top give some help to others having difficulties with the ESTA application system. I had the seemingly common fault of creating a complete application but then nothing happening when I try to pay. This was late one evening. The next morning I logged back into the application and found that the option to pay was right there in front of me. The payment went through fine and easy. To be fair to the system, it did tell me the payment was not working and to try again later and then this did work. Writing this as the only other review on here is very good at describing the problem but stops short of telling people how to actually solve it

How could USA have such an inferior government system?

There is a fundamental problem with the payment for ESTA Visa.
A lot of people complain. When you press PAY NOW nothing happens. No instructions. In Email correspondence they admit several problems and they give some hints. After 4 new application and 6 payment trials I succeeded by using IE with changes in Internet Options..

Regarding esta.se and similar fraud systems:
1. I got the money back after complaints. They are afraid of legal actions
2. It is a shame that the government ESTA allow such private actors making visa applications.
3. How could Google be allowed marketing of such firms?
