I’m giving them one star because I can’t give them zero. They charged me over 90 USD for ESTA which is actually 14 USD. On top of that, the customer service people I spoke with are incredibly rude. Total scam. They should shut down this company immediately.

Total Scam! Stay away from this website. I waited over 3 weeks for my ESTA. I tried to contact them many times and they always told me "It will be done within the day". They also charged me extra for customer service and i ended up spending hundreds of dollars on something that can be bought for 14usd.
