I'm so disappointed in this company

I'm so disappointed in this company. They've had thier ups and downs some issues. We've heard it on line, they "find" themselves come back have a sale and just flopped AGAIN! I've recommended them, I used thier products faithfully had no issues but lately I think they had a grand scheme to scam people OR bit off a more than they can chew with the BLACK FRIDAY mind you sale they advertised. Seems like anyone who purchased products that day got bamboozled. I'm one on them. 😔 I ordered in Nov 2025. Still no products. Im not happy this has happened with such a good black owned product. Love to support but with THIS company it's over.

If I could rate this company a 0 (ZERO)…

If I could rate this company a 0 (ZERO) I would! I used to purchase their products from time to time to help with my daughter's eczema. The products were good and really worked for her; however, I've had problems with my last 2 orders. The first one took forever to be shipped and I had to reach out to customer service before it was finally shipped. No notice of a delay or anything on backorder until I contacted THEM! My most recent order NEVER came and customer service gave me the run around for over 2 months until they finally stopped responding. I had to contact my bank to file a claim and report them as fraudulent. It has been 3 months and I still have not received my order. I recently did some research and read that the company has been insolvent since July 2025. If that is the case, why are they still advertising and accepting orders on their website that they know they cannot fulfill?! Do not purchase from them. You will never get your order and they will ignore your emails and not give you a refund. SCAM!!!!

Thieves

I've used them for years, but most recently I placed an order on January 17th and was told by the company February 15 that my items were on backorder. It's now April 13th, and no products shipped, they will no longer respond to my emails requesting a refund, either. They've robbed me of my money and it sucks. Good company gone to sh!t.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY IF YOU LIVE IN THE USA SPECIFICALLY LOS ANGELES! If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered hair growth order a few days before Black Friday 2025 and still have not received a refund or the product. I’ve contacted customer service and they give a generic response and say they are having shipping issues. I’m pissed! Never,again!

If there was zero star to give I would’ve

If there was zero star to give I would’ve instead of one star because they don’t deserve it. They take your money promising of products delivery and yet three or four months goes without any product being delivered but yet they still try to charge you for subscription every month when the first order hasn’t been delivered. Customer service is a trash (terrible) and owners don’t even care because they know exactly this whole thing is a scam.

DOWNRIGHT SCAMMING PEOPLE

I’ve been a subscriber since 2022 . BIGGEST MISTAKE . Store credits are non refundable. I racked up $200 pounds of credits . I’ve had quality and delayed issues before for weeks at most but then I ordered in December 2025 and it’s now April and customer service keeps telling people they don’t know when they will ship !!! Then they do NOT help you to resolve REFUNDS, CREDITS or compensation of any sort . THE WEBSITE IS UP AND TAKING PEOPLES MONEYY then they ghost you . ILL NEVER SUPPORT THEM AGAIN EVER . I even feel bad because it was the only only thing that helped my skin . Onto the next brand ….

Horrible. They just take your money and never send you the merchandise. Multiple emails, no response! I have been a loyal customer since 2023. Unfortunately I am still awaiting receipt of products I purchased in November 2025. If the business is no longer operating /defunct, why is the website still up? Why are you still taking orders, soliciting and advertising of present sales?!? I receive promotional emails weekly. They are blatantly stealing people’s money. I’m so disgusted & disappointed.

DO NOT ORDER! Per Gov.UK website, Ava Estell LTD is under liquidation. Accounts are past due and the company’s website is down. No email response from the company about my pending order for over 2 weeks now. I submitted dispute with my bank. I’m very disappointed because I really loved the products.

Disappointed Long-time Customer

I ordered the $71 Magix Cream (2 Pack) & the Winter Body Cream (3 Pack). I also purchased the $4 Order Protect. The order was placed on Thursday, February 12, 2026. I never received an email stating that my package shipped or was delivered. I talked to "Christina" & "Charlotte" from their customer service. I emailed three times. The third time was a request for a refund but they didn't respond. I disputed the charge with my bank, and the dispute was quickly approved within two days. This is my first time having a problem with Ava Estell. I was a customer for YEARS. I see their website is down now. I can't stand when businesses are vague and shut down without alerting customers in some way. They have become unprofessional and untrustworthy. I will unsubscribe from their emails and unfollow them on social media. I will never purchase from them again.

Never again..

I’ve ordered from here before with no issues. I recently put in an order in February and still haven’t received my products that I paid for. Tried contacting them over 5 times about it through email and chat, but still only got a response ONCE. And that was the first time I reached out. After that, no response or updates. They still haven’t shipped it. I reported them and currently waiting on a refund response from my bank. Whatever you do, DO NOT ORDER FROM AVA ESTELL. They clearly lack professionalism and can’t even respond back to customers. The product isn’t bad, but no way I’ve been waiting for a month for my stuff and still haven’t received even a tracking number. No apologies for the delay. Just completely ignored.

Don’t purchase from them anymore, they are stealing our money

I purchased products years ago and fell in love with them, however I placed an order in November of 2025 for over 100 dollars and it’s now 2 weeks away from April 2026 and I haven’t received them. When they do respond to my emails they just tell me there are delays lmao which is hilarious because there was no delay in taking the funds from my account in November and no delay in taking my money every month for a subscription that I never signed up willingly. They refuse to refund me and are now ignoring my emails. The company has gone to straight sh*t and it’s unfortunate because the products really were amazing. I’ve lost in total almost 200 dollars and it seems with the other reviews that this company is literally stealing our money with no intention of fulfilling the orders we placed. Disgusting.

I originally placed an order on 01/20/26. I even subscribed on that order…well guess what?? Today is 03/14/26 and STILL no order. When you contact them they just say “oh we’re delayed. Sorry.” I informed them I wanted to cancel my subscription and instead of refunding to my card, they offered me store credits. With confidence in this company, I make a SECOND order hoping and praying it would come on time. STILL NOTHING!!! This is the first time over experience this with this company and have been a customer since 2023. DO BETTER!!!!

I placed an order in November!!

I placed an order in November!!! Received a message that my package was delivered. I checked my ring camera and not a delivery driver in sight the entire day! I reported this to them and they claimed they would ship a replacement and send me the tracking well here it is March and I’ve sent numerous emails with no replies. I make it a point to support black owned businesses but this one has completely lost me as a customer and I will tell everyone else who is thinking of patronizing this company.

3 months waiting on Order

I placed and paid in full including shipping for an order on 12/14/2025. To date, it still has not shipped (three months and waiting). I have inquired multiple times only to be told in the beginning that they were backed up on order fullfillment due to the holidays. In more recent (within the past month) I've been told that "it would ship in a few days" (it has not), or that they are having issues with shipping to the USA. I've requested a refund multiple times, and no one has bothered to reach out to me to issue the refund or make this right. I have been a solid customer for over two years, and this is the first time i've had issues like this. Buyer BEWARE!

The company was liquidated in June 2025 from what I see customers stopped getting their products from that point on. I ordered almost 300 dollars worth of the products and never got it. I decided to do some research and found out they were being shut down and all items sold to repay creditors
