Brilliant service.
Brilliant service. Tried to drive into my garage with the tailgate open! I don't know either.
Scratched, dented and gouged.
Essex Smart Repairs gave me a very good quote quickly. I took it in when requested (two working days later) and they returned it when they said they would - two days later looking perfect.
Brilliant job. As good as new, if not better.
And they were very friendly and polite - didn’t even smile when I said how I had done it.
Can’t recommend them highly enough.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!

Avoid at all costs the completely ruined my vehicles paint work completely I’ve never seen such a horrendous paint job in my life. When I contacted them about this they said they don’t warrant any of their work what so ever and won’t hold any accountability for what they have done and proceeded to say take it up with the dealership I got the vehicle from. It’s not the dealerships problem when they pay you to do a job and you completely ruined it and screwed it up. Your the company that painted the car your the company that needs to sort this out because I’m going to be out of pocket over £2700 to get the paint work done correctly. These pictures don’t even do it justice it’s even worse in person. I’ve been told countless times when people question your company’s work or have issues it’s the exact same answer. Honestly all I want is my pride and joy sorted I don’t want to hear excuses or I need to go to this person or that person or you don’t warrant your work or anything I want to hear solutions I want you to pay for the paint work to be done professionally!!!!! If this was your vehicle I’m pretty sure you’d be doing the exact same. I’ve sent you numerous emails and constantly ignored. I’ve spoken to loads of people who have had to re do your work multiple times and have been in the same situation as my vehicle. Honestly absolutely joke of a company.

Went to Essex repairs for a cracked rim and they were very efficient and friendly ( Chelmsford) . Can’t fault their services!! Highly recommend

Sent message, sent image, dent with undamaged paint.
Couldn’t be bothered to get back to me.
Obviously a dent is out of their capabilities!

After a few days of waiting to book, managed to fit me in same day and did a superb job in and out of the rain
The diamond cut wheels look new which was a worry at around £500 each to replace

They were very helpful from the start of my car alloys being repaired to when I picked car up.

Booked my alloy repair using the whatsapp link with a speedy response from Colin and a date that was suitable. Perfectly punctual and a quick repair. Will absolutely look to use this company again, however I hope I don't scuff too many alloys!!

Fantastic service provided by Alex who came to the house to do a mobile repair of kerb damage to my diamond cut alloy. He took it away as it was easier and returned it 24 hrs later looking absolutely brand new. I would definately use them again and 100% recommend their fast, efficient and professional service.

Simon has repaired our vehicles both times, and both times has been professional and prompt in his communication and did an excellent job. Office staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Will continue to use them in future and recommend them for high quality repairs.

Had the front of my Porsche Macan scuffed in a hotel car park. Essex Smart Repairs made it as new, and fixed a couple of stone chips. The car was ready sooner than expected, and I had use of their courtesy car. Excellent service from Ben and the rest of the team.

Recently had some cosmetic repairs to a front bumper and vinyl graphics applied. From start to finish i had excellent service. Very pleased
