I ordered 2 Cashmere sweaters from their FB add at $74.90 (I Know buyer beware). it took a couple of weeks for them to arrive from China, and there was an immeadiate issue they were squashed into a cheap hipping bag that had ripped, the sweaters were not the xxl ordered)they warn order up) more like a small or medium and the Cashmere was of the shodiest quality I have ever seen I wouldnt'. recognize it as Cashmere I sent 3 emails to the company before getting a series of nasty emails because I had filed a complaint with PayPal and they were furios to a degree they promised it would now take 72 days for my bank to return my money. They also never sent a return label so I could let them have their junky merchandise back.

My experience with this website is terrible since the time I placed my order till now. Its a fake site with address that is somewhere in residential neighborhood in TX. There is no customer service and no answering yo any phone calls. I reported this purchase that i made with them and hope to get my money back from the bank. Zero start i would give and hope nobody will not purchase any from this fake website

This guys are fake I bought an hoodie $ 179.00, they never sent any email about the purchase, when I created a claim ticket on PayPal this guys sent to them a tracking number with a different address and a different name. So don’t buy anything to this guys… also they have this other website: essentialhoodieco.us

Received an "order number" but the order number is not recognized on the website. Phone number listed does not work. When emailing, you get a chatbot that always says, "don't worry. your order has shipped and will arrive in 3 business days." SCAM!!!!

This website is a SCAM. When purchase was made they did not provide a tracking number. No product has been sent in over a month. When returning to website order is unable to be found using order number. Address provided is a residential home located in Denver. Customer service cannot be reached, phone number and email do not exist. Fraudulent activity has been reported.
