I contacted you on the same day I placed my order requesting to cancel or change it. I sent several emails using the contact address listed on your website, but unfortunately I did not receive any response.

Despite my requests, the order was processed and shipped. I am really confused about how this happened when I had already contacted you multiple times on the same day.
Instead of replying, I only received a notification that my order was processed and shipped. I honestly do not understand how customer service works if emails from customers are not answered and the order is shipped anyway.

I ordered makeup from the Essense website, and one of the products I ordered was out of stock. They did not let me know in anyway or even emailed me to let me know that they were out of this particular item. They charged me and I emailed them several times about this issue and never heard anything back from them about a refund! They just had this item crossed out on the receipt but still charged me for it! I should have known not to deal with a company without a phone number to contact them! Beware people, this company is a RIPOFF!!!!!!! I will never order from them again!!!!!! I come to the conclusion that I will never see my refund! On top of that I looked up my receipt and after I emailed them about it, they all of a sudden canceled it! This company is a SCAM!!!!!

Ordered from their website. The order was not delivered. I tried contacting them by email, facebook, messenger and instagram and was ignored.
I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.
