Received the wrong size and had to pay for the exchange ... Not fair

Seeing the reviews here and the inactivity of their social media account made me unsure whether I was gonna get scammed or not.
I reached out through their email and got a response within 1 day which at least indicated a sign of life.

Since there is no review function on their website, I’ll try and briefly explain my impressions of the products I've bought (two sweatpants and a single hoodie).
I am extremely satisfied with the products. They all feel heavy (in a good way), the elastic bands feel tight, the silhouettes are interesting, extremely comfy, and the choice of colors make them very versatile!

Only (minor) downside I’ve had was related to delivery. It took almost a week to arrive instead of the estimated 3 days. There was also no way to track my package.

I hope to see more products of them in the future, as well as more frequent restocks.

I wanted to return clothes, that did not fit me. So I asked that, how I can return the items.

Unfortunately they did not offer me a way, to return clothes. Instead they asked me for a solution, that would be good for both of us. I even offered to pay the shipping costs but they refused it. After asking again they just ignored my e-mails.
