I strongly advise against purchasing from essenarctice.com. My experience with this website has been extremely disappointing and feels like a scam. I ordered two T-shirts in XL size, but what I received was completely different in size and quality—far from what was advertised.
When I contacted their customer service, they refused to take responsibility. Instead of offering a proper exchange or refund, they offered a mere $10 compensation for a $50 purchase, which is unacceptable and insulting to any reasonable customer.

Do not order from these people, I ordered one thing and received something totally different and get this, to return it and put right their mistake they wanted me to pay the shipping costs back to China. I have had a look on Uk review sites and yes Apparently this company is renowned for this type of tactic just to get you to keep something that you didn’t order and have no use for. They were how ever very generous and offered me $2 in compensation as long as I keep the GOODS THEY MISS SENT. won’t tell you what they sent but I would probably get £2 back if I tried to sell them on. These are a great color and for the most part fit well. I wear a thinner sock to allow a bit more room. Since I have been wearing them a lot, they have stretched some, but in a good way. I like the comfort of being able to wear them all day. I recommend them for anyone that walks a lot.

I am with others who have had a bad experience with this Company.
I thought I would order 2 pair of “orthotic” sandals for the summer.
I was first over charged, which they did refund some of the difference.
When the sandals arrived, I tried one pair on and the strap broke. There is ZERO orthotic support and are made of very cheep, light material.
So I filed a return/refund request.
The reply was to keep the product and I would be refunded $3 USD.
After more than 50 emails sent with pictures of their return/refund policy that is advertised, the best they could ever come up with was a $13 USD refund.
This has been going on for 2 months now and the best they could come up with is “I have tried my hardest” …
Sure it’s not a life savings that I am after, I just don’t want their CRAP taking up room in my closet.
I am planning to keep proceeding until I get some satisfaction.
BBB or small claims might be next.

I had the same experience as PJ's post 9 March 2023. They sent me the wrong size shoes to what I ordered. I sent photographic evidence of the label showing EU size 46 received when I ordered 44. They wouldn't accept that, simply stating they had checked with the warehouse and stressed I was sent the correct order! I went round this loop several times explaining 44 is not the same as 46. On complaining further they suggested I give the shoes to someone else and offered me 2 USD compensation when I paid over 40 USD for them. They said I could return the shoes but wouldn't provide me the address to send them to, stressing my fees would be very expensive as I needed to send them to China. They also reiterated that they valued me as a customer! I lost the will in the end. Dreadful experience, zero customer service.

Do NOT order from this website. If you are dissatisfied with your product and want to return it you have 15 days from the day of purchase to return it. Yes you read that correctly, you have 15 days from the day of purchase (not the day you received your order) to return it and receive a refund. You also have to pay for the shipping fees to send back your order to their warehouse which is located in China. They do not provide a return address directly on the website, you have to contact their customer service email. Once you get in contact with their customer service person, be prepared to be taken for a ride, a wild goose chase if you will! The contact on their email will spend 2 whole days with you doing everything in their power to NOT provide the return address and try their best to waste your time, under the guise of apologizing for your dissatisfaction. I’ve had to send at least over 8 emails repeatedly asking for the return address for refund for an item that my mom purchased. The full amount paid was around $40 USD and their customer service offered to refund only $3 USD with no return address and asked that we keep the item!? I had to laugh in shock at that response. I refused because why would we keep an item that does not fit? It does not make sense! I explained that to them and they countered their first offer with $5 USD instead, mentioning that the shipping fee would be expensive for me. They obviously don’t care about the shipping fee overall or it would be waived in the first place, they just want to keep your money. What could’ve been solved in one email response has been lengthened to a 10+ email thread between 2 days.. they really love to waste your time. Keep in mind we’re still within the 15 day return policy, but I have a feeling they stretch out this entire ordeal to waste your time, so you’ll have less days left to return and get a refund within their return policy. It’s all very ridiculous and time-consuming. As I write this review I’m still waiting for a response for them providing the return address so I can receive a refund.. Please do yourself a favour and do not buy anything from this website if you find you’ll have to return. And do your due diligence and research these websites and their shady return policies and business practices! It will save you so much time!
