Unfortunately I received an empty package , but in less than a week , tanks to the support of the customer service I received everything . The products are really good , I have a screen protector and also an iPad cover and both are well made and smartly designed. I will use their products for a while in the close future

Amazing customer services

I got some issues with phone case and i wrote email to ESR about it. It is so amazing that ESR responded within 15 mins. I never had that amazing experience with any other company. ESR took me seriously and provided amazing solution just there…. I love ESR customer services and ofcourse their amazing products. I give 5 star.

i can said i miss read when i bought…

i can said i miss read when i bought the mag keyboard but they were so fast and very people person to help they give the options to return the wrong order and they provide with 2 awesome ipad cases which im in love cause they are so light and i can use them in so many way. and Brenda from support team she was all the time very informative and very professional and helpful all the way. That should be in all jobs having customer service People person. Kepp doing good job and i hope see you soon in my next purchase. Thanks so much...

Customer satisfaction

Esr’s customer service team are great. They take their time to resolve issues and if they can’t they will try other alternatives. I’ve had 2 times where I had to contact them and it’s been the same energy ever since.

Great products and even better customer experience

I have purchased several ESR Tech products and I am extremely satisfied with both the product quality and the customer support.

I've bought multiple screen protectors…

I've bought multiple screen protectors from various suppliers both local and international to accomodare my full body phone case for my phone. All previous purchase from different merchants failed to reach my standards until I came across ESR.

Upon purchasing, customer service from product inquiry to delivery status is prompt and friendly. Then installing this screen protector, it was super easy and perfect for for my phone (s25 ultra). No air pockets and cracks happened during and after instalation. The privacy glass feature is also perfect and working!

Will definitely order other more items from ESR in the future, They earned my trust and loyalty :)

Excellent Product & Outstanding Customer Service

I recently purchased the iPhone 17 Pro Max Cyber Tough Magnetic Case (Orange), and I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service.

The customer service was truly top-notch — very understanding, patient, and genuinely willing to help resolve my issue, even though it wasn’t an easy one. That level of support really stood out and made the whole experience stress-free.

As for the case itself, the ESR cover is excellent quality. It feels solid and well-made, offers strong protection, and includes all the safety features you’d expect. The magnetic hold is strong, the fit is perfect, and the orange colour looks great in person.

Overall, this has been a very positive experience from start to finish. I’m extremely satisfied and will definitely purchase again. Highly recommended!

Initial disappointment but resolved quickl. A compnay that takes customer feedback seriously. Thank you.

I would avoid using this company. They give the impression that items are available, but then inform you they aren’t, without any indication of when they might be. With Christmas approaching, this creates uncertainty about whether you can get a gift for a loved one or child, which could lead to disappointment. I also tried to contact them, but there is no phone number listed. Additionally, their emails are very wordy and seem written for tech experts, making them difficult to follow. I would recommend using a company with more reliable service and clearer communication.
UPDATE - this company does take feedback seriously and have advised they are looking into their processes. They have also offered a gesture to make up for the delayed Christmas present. So I am changing my experience to a 4 star.
