Sure enough, the company contacted me through their customer service office and considering that the spare part was no longer useful to me because we bought a new device, they were kind enough to reimburse me the amount of the part purchased.
On the other hand, they have a very complete and easy-to-use catalog. They were the only company that offered me the part I needed for a Miele machine at a reasonable price. For all these reasons I have changed my mind and recommend this spare parts company.

Simple and fast, but you must have more information to the customer about the situation of the product until arrived to the owner
Positive: Easy to find and purchase the spare part, 100% original spare.
Negative: International sending very slow without tracking (16 days). Ordinary mail at expensive price.

Hello, about your service nothing negative i have to say. it has been perfect, cause i got what i needed, and you got paid for it. That's commerce. In this case of mine, the "parcel" from England to the Canary Islands, has apparently been inspected, without opening it normally, but making a primitve hole on one side to stick a inspection-camara in. This procedure requires taking the goods out of normal transport and delivering them to an inspector, which significantly delays their timely arrival at the customer. I am convinced of it ! I hope you can also benefit from my observation.
That's my experience and why I couldn't use my washing machine for 2 weeks longer.
The product arrived and was according to especifications. Worked well once installed.
It took a few more days than expected to arrive, the questionaire to evaluate the product arrived before the actual product which made us think the product was delivered somewhere else which was not the case.

I am still waiting for the purchase to arrive. So need to be given in the future an approximate date or a way of tracking. The postage cost was more than half the cost of the product so expected a 48 hour delivery.

The product was correct however the delivery time was not as advertized. I had no washing machine until the part finally arrived and ended up having to find a launderette to do the washing.
