We had been notified that our delivery…

We had been notified that our delivery by Seur had been left at a pickup point Farmatural San Miguel Salinas which we have tried on 5 different occasions between there opening hours of 10am till 2pm and the place has never been open. Unfortunately we are traveling from today until 26/10/2025 and Seur have told us that it will returned tomorrow to yourselves please can you help me?

The order was not delivered

The order was not delivered. The shipping is very expensive and unreliable. I am launching a legal process. Don t order to this website.

I would use them again

The product arrived as expected and as described. I searched quite a few online shops and these guys were the best priced for the quality of product. Plus their website was significantly more user friendly for finding what I needed in comparison to the many others that I searched through. I would use them again.

Wrong item.

I ordered a small plastic item to fix my fridge hinge. I received a completely different piece which has nothing to do with it. I've already written a complaint and I'm waiting for an answer. I hope Will be given a solution... So I can write a positive review soon
