Very good shop
Very good shop, fast shipping and friendly customer service. The quality of the spare part is not the best, yet for a not-Original it’s ok and also it was for good price. And I could have take optionally the original from Bosch but that would have been more than double price. So 5 Stars because everything ok with the Shop and the shipping.
The delivery was just in time.

You don't need to use Express
You don't need to use Express, because it's not faster (more than 3 days) and much more expensive than the normal 7-10 days (I ordered at the same time from another dealer in England without Express also via DPD and the other parcel was even there earlier (2 days), without the surcharge). And soon it will take even longer with the Brexit anyway. Why then order in Great Britain? ;) And not a good customer service of this company. DPD has stated that it will arrive later than predicted (it is an express shipment and has already taken over 3 days anyway). The company didn't want to believe that they were responsible for the shipment and had to clarify with DPD what was going on. Because they have chosen and commissioned the shipper, so they are also liable for a late delivery (that's how it is in Europe at least). English, always only the advantage, not the responsibility.
