The product itself seems to be of reasonable quality, however it does not fully match the information provided on the website. The bar I received measures 84 cm, while the product description stated it would be 80 cm. This difference matters for my intended use.

What is more concerning is the lack of customer support. This issue could likely have been resolved easily, but I have been waiting for over a month for a response without success. Clear communication and timely replies are essential, especially when product specifications do not match what is advertised.

I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its customer service, as better support would make a significant difference to the overall experience.

Ordered in November 2023 two inside reflectors, after several months without an answer, there was an email about delays. Finally the order arrived in April 2024, but there were two installation pieces missing, again no answer. The reflector itself are simple mirrors with weak effect. I tried to send them back, but again no answer. Terrible communication!

Hi! Unfortunately I can't reply to reviews here, because I would like to know: Why are people wanting to return the product? Does it not work, is the effect to minimal? I need to get more light into my apartment, but I cannot find a review that comments on the product itself. If anyone, who has bought a reflector and wanted to send it back please let me know why, I would be very grateful!

Be aware that Espaciel may be a total SCAM!

I ordered reflectors in the worth of at least a 1000euros and they didnt work for me so I returned them. I feel silly for not checking the reviews here.

Alexi form Espaciel made sure to reply to all my questions real swiftly when I wanted to make the order but as soon as i wanted to return the reflectors, he disappeared and just answered with one wrong adress. im worried that I have been horribly scammed and now I will procceed with shaming them online and also opening an investigation if they dont get back to me.

Be aware. Feels very untrustworthy.
