I was in turkey for 3 days to get my…

I was in turkey for 3 days to get my hair transplanted, this was the best close restaurant to my hotel in Taksim, I had dinner here twice, the food is great but I honestly did not get the "service fee", it is nothing expensive but the service isn't that great, we had to wait for the menu for at least 10 minutes then another 10 minutes for him to take my order even tho I waved at him that we are ready to order. we order drinks that we did not get and then they charged it in the bill and we had to tell them that we did not get our drinks so they canceled it and still ! they got like 8 liras "service fee"
