They don't care and provide no help at all !
Missed the flight (because there is very big problem on airport with passenger processing) and Esky said they can't do anything.
Told me to find the airline desk on the airport, but there was not such.
Called again Esky and they told me can't communicate with the airline (which is their business partner). I had to talk myself with the airline (Austrian, company of Lufthansa) by phone . After airline told me to call the booking company (Esky), they hang up the phone without notice.
They don't care and provide no help at all !
