Worked great in Belarus. Best quality and price. Be aware that the outside country is UK, which means that in general all is unlocked without needing VPN. The negative part is if you want to open local websites from Belarus, lots of them are blocked, so you will need wifi for that. But overall great experience, will repeat buying. Thanks!

eSIM.dog dug us out of a hole in Montenegro. We didn't realise we couldn't use our EU roaming data. After a quick search, we found that eSIM.dog provided the exact data package we needed for our holiday, at a very reasonable price. Setup was very simple, making sure that roaming was allowed for the newly-installed eSIM. We then got 5G data immediately, at a good speed.
Overall we've been very happy with our experience, would definitely use them again, and recommend to anyone.

Fast activation after buying the eSIM
Fast activation after buying the eSIM, however a lack of coverage in some buildings although the signal should be good enough everywhere as said in the description. Overall the eSIM is user friendly and easy to use, made my Erasmus in Italy a lot easier, quick check of data left for the month.

Turkey connectivity issues
I have booked 50GB data for Turkey. The price is very good, but I have major issues with the connectivity.
Although there is full signal, very often there is no connection to the Internet.
I also had to switch to 3G only mode because with 4G it is even worse and some websites and apps do not work at all.
I have reached out to the eSIm.dog support, but so far, only the not helpful AI assisstant replied.
On the other phone we have a BNESim and everything works great, no issues at all.

What you described - strong signal but unstable LTE, while 3G works better - can happen in some local network conditions, but we still should have handled your case properly instead of leaving you with generic bot replies only.

New Go-To Provider for global data
This is my new go-to provider for cheap, reliable data. Used in Spain, UK, Switzerland, Italy, Indonesia, Thailand, and Malaysia - zero issues and very fast speeds. I sent them a support request, and they took weeks to reply. I assume if you have an issue, you are on your own, but so far, I haven't had any.

Use with caution
Terrible. Do not use. Bought an eSIM from here to use in Peru. Can’t activate it and the company has failed to respond to any of my emails to try and resolve it or get a refund. Stay away or use with absolute caution.
I’m editing this as I have just heard back from the company and received a full refund. It doesn’t stop the fact that I couldn’t access the eSIM when I needed it but I appreciate the correspondence and the refund. Thank you.

I am very sorry to read this. Please accept my sincere apologies for the horrific experience and the lack of response. I investigated immediately, as ignoring a customer is never our intention.
It appears our support system (Intercom) automatically hid your emails because it couldn't verify the sender identity, likely due to missing SPF/DKIM/DMARC records on the sending domain. Because of this missing security protocol, the system flagged the messages as unverified and kept them from our view.
Had we seen them, we absolutely would have helped you troubleshoot the activation and get you connected. I have now issued a full refund to your card. I also sent you a personal email explaining the technical details and included a promo code for future use as a sincere apology for the stress this caused during your trip.

The eSIM did not work. I have used multiple eSIMs from multiple providers, so the issue is not with me. The refund was processed relatively smoothly.

We actually operate with multiple network routes for each destination. You were connected via our Green route, which we have noticed can occasionally struggle with local activation or connectivity in specific areas compared to our premium routes.
In cases like this, it can make sense to purchase another route (for example, Blue) while receiving a refund for the non-working order.
We appreciate you giving us a try and are glad we could at least make the refund process smooth for you.
