Very disappointed
Very disappointed, not once where my phone calls returned. I have had to chase several times.
I could not register as the system would not accept the required information. I rang several times for help and eventually someone answered! I explained my problem and was told, no problem, he would register for me. I believed him.
Several days later as I had not received an email with the results so I rang and again several times and sent an email. This was responded to! My test kit had not been registered!! Eventually at 11 at night I was emailed the results.
This was very poor service for a considerable cost to me! I really expect a refund but my experience with this company being so poor I am not holding my breath.!!

Not a good experience
I ordered a FIT Kit and was told it will arrive the next day.it did not arrive until 3 days later by that time my GP provided me with the kit.after contacting them I was told to return the item and I will be refunded.it has been almost 3 weeks after few calls and emails I still haventcreceived my refund.

Although the majority of orders sent by first class arrive the next day, it can take up to 5 working days according to Royal Mail. We do offer a special delivery option which is a guaranteed next day by 1pm if you require your order urgently and we offer this at less than cost price.
