Never work with eShopBox

Never work with eShopBox. It has been 3 months since I signed up with them, they have not been able to integrate my site with their tech stack. every day they come up with a new story.

Also to run business they need a FSSAI licence, that is also pending for 3 months. They have not been able to secure that also.

My new business is suffering due to this reason.

Their response is pathetic. From founder to manager, everyone is in copied in the email, but nobody responds for days.

They do not pick up phone. the only response I get it "I am not able to do it, what should I do"

Loads of FALSE promises, ZERO execution

Eshopbox is a shipping aggregator which also has warehousing. Rates are competitive they offer the same rate regardless of courier, they auto-assign the courier. They promise a lot of support and dedicated account manager when signing up, after signing up there is ZERO support and lots of parcels get misrouted and RTO. Their DEDICATED managers ignore your messages and do not revert. DEFINITELY A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DON'T TRY
