Very frustrated
Very frustrated, a waste of time and money!! - ordered an upgrade SSD pcie (aura pro X2) for my imac from them, when it came, it was faulty, did not work. (Also upgrade kit tools they sent were useless, fell apart,had to purchase them from a local diy store). So contacted them to say SSD upgrade was not working, was outside the 30 day refund period, agreed to an instore credit -had to send the faulty SSD back, I covered it, they refused to credit the taxes etc, even though their product was faulty and still under warranty. I had to ring to use my instore credit, was an hour on the phone with the agent making sure the new order was correct (ordered a 4tb mercury extreme pro 6G ) , even sent my imac system spec per email. Also I paid for a expensive UPS postage option that covered all import and custom duties. Order arrived, had to pay again for import duties! Also order missing important bracket to install SSD. 3 months later down a ton of money and time, still can't close up the iMac. Absolutely useless. My advice, order from Amazon, or find a different provider, if anything goes wrong, you are the one paying and keep on paying!

I ordered and paid for iMac ram memory 4x8GB on June 13. 2020. When clicking on "check the status of your order" they come up with "unable to find your order"
