Avoid, they don't pay their workers

I worked for this company as a consultant during 2019 and early 2020, doing work for their banking clients. They would normally take over 60 days from the end of the month to pay me. However the pandemic struck and I'm still owed many months of pay a year later. I keep getting emails from the boss asking for a reduction in the outstanding amount in return for promised payment date. They never make the payment or date, and follow up asking for further payment reductions and offering a new date, which again is missed.
