What a brilliant customer services staff you have, I (Mr Alan Bent) bought one of you Daewoo air fryers from Lidl. It is excellent but we were missing a silicone rubber foot after our daughter washed up. After telephoning the customer services we were sent the silicone pads free of charge and a very professional, friendly and courteous female staff member sent us some free of charge in the post. The Air Fryer by the way is also great

I thought I would have to buy a whole new item as had broken a small part, which would be normal for many companies. But, after contacting Daewoo I was told I could purchase the spare part and was quickly given all the details to do so.
The service I received was way above expectation. Fast, efficient and polite! I would highly recommend Daewoo electricals for product, quality and service!

Had an issue with my soup maker which was still under warranty purchased from Aldi. Emailed ESG. Have to say there customer service is outstanding. They replied promptly and I have today received a brand new soup maker. Special mention to Lisa and was again thank you.

Halogen Oven purchased direct from Daewoo Electrical's website, great product, excellent price, prompt delivery and first class customer service. The Daewoo Halogen Oven cooks perfectly and is extremely economical when compared to a conventional oven. After 14 months use ours had more than paid for itself in energy savings when it developed a lid fault. Within a week of reporting I received a new replacement lid under warranty free of charge. Our oven is now working perfectly once again. Thanks ESG for fantastic service.

They are a no quibbles company I reported to them that my Halogen Air Fryer had stopped working which was still under guarantee and they asked for a few details and sent another air fryer straight away I think that was excellent service.

I'd also like to say thank you for exceptional customer service and for being helpful, caring and very efficient and easy to deal with. Will definitely buy Aldi products again, hopefully won't need to use the warranty! but peace of mind that you are there if that was necessary.

I made one phone call to head office and got through immediately.
I was asked for relevant details such as receipt, date of purchase and photographs of the item concerned.
I had a reply same day with a positive resolution.
The person I spoke to was very polite and extremely helpful.

I bought a digital clock/radio from Aldi but it never worked so I contacted ESG on 31 October 2022. They contacted me immediately and asked for a photo of my invoice, and again the next day about not having the same model in stock. I opted to use PayPal and they organised a full refund - rapid and excellent service. By 3 November I was a very satisfied customer.

I purchased an airfryer from Aldi on line in February this year. Recently, it ceased to work properly and became unusable. Aldi asked me to contact ESG Eurosonic Group regarding the warranty. I contacted them immediately, I found the staff very understanding and helpful. They put a replacement for the faulty part in the post straight away. Unfortunately, the replacement part was damaged in transit despite it being very well packaged and protected. I contacted them again and once again, I was dealt with by very friendly and understanding people. I returned the damaged item (for free) and they have since informed me that a new part is on it's way to me. Excellent service. They could not have done more. I am extremely impressed with them! This company is committed to giving excellent after sales service. A pleasure to deal with!

Bought an electric fan heater made by ESG. The instructions on the heater state a 3 year warranty and display ESGLTD.com as a contact point for claims and support.
My heater has stopped working after only a few months since I purchased it. I checked the fuse and it is not the issue.
I called and spoke to a very wooden chap called Conner at ESG who was either unable to use common sense or the company has him totally hamstrung.
On my appliance the date of manufacture clearly states 1/2021. On the appliance it also states the appliance has a 3 year warranty.
Conner however insists that I need my original receipt from where I purchased my heater as the date of purchase is required to activate a warranty claim. This was not clear when I bought the appliance and I use various shops like Aldi many times a week. I don't have the receipt.
However some LOGIC.
Even if I bought my heater on the day it was manufactured it is still nearly 2 years in date for a warranty claim. It simply cannot be out of date for a warranty claim. I would understand if the unot was made in 2018 but it was only manufactured last year. However this logic wouldn't wash with Conner, as I need the bit of paper also from the till to prove my date of purchase.
I personally feel this company is shirking their responsibilities. They have sold a product that has failed clearly well within warranty and aren't prepared to do anything about it. Absolute joke when the evidence of dates is clear as day.
I tried to speak to a manager but no one was available to talk and no one could call me back.
I will happily remove this review if they contact me and stand by their obligations as a manufacturer. I bought a product in good faith that had a 3 year warranty, product has failed after a few months. I am left high and dry. JOKE.

Required help in obtaining a lost part, albeit a small item from a product bought from Aldi. Spoke to Customer service department who were excellent. They listened to my problem, provided clear advice and guidance and then within 24 hours supplied the missing item to me. Remarkable service and help provided. 10 out of 10 !
