same story as the rest. hair product ordered in january 2020 - money taken product has never arrived and it appears I am not off mailing list - DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I GIVE 0 (ZERO) STARS AND WOULD LIKE TO FILE A CLAIM AGAINST THEM FOR FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. ORDERED BACK IN MARCH AND STILL NOTHING.

This company is a scam. Ordered in march, never seen my order. Wrote many emails, got the answer to wait. I asked for a tracing number: never received any. If only I had known Trustpilot before...

Only chose a star because I had to in order to leave a review. Stay away from this site. Ordered item at the end of January '20. Told delay was down to Chinese New Year, now its May and no reply to my emails.

Waited 4 months for eyeshadow , emails back and fourth , not recommended

Ordered can opener February 2. Got email saying a delay but now it seems it is a scam.
Facebook should not allow them to advertise.
Surely facebook is liable for bad advertisers, this mob seem to have scammed thousands.
Come on facebook you are enabling criminals.

BEWARE!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I have been waiting 3 months and they just keep sending me this email:

Wouldn't even rate them one star, they are a scam company on Instagram. I bought and paid for hair halo 3 months ago and still waiting! They are just thieves! I'm pretty sure they are still scamming people under another name on Instagram called Chic mystique halos so buyers beware. KARMA will get the mongrels!

Still waiting a month later be contacting the fraud team with my bank

Ordered hair extensions never received them. Not answering emails. Stole my money

Ordered hair extensions, nothing, asking for my money back, they are ignoring my email. Awful customer service!!!!

Total scam. My daughter in law bought and paid for goods before Xmas as a present and 6 weeks later we have seen nothing and when asking for money back emails go unanswered

I got hair extensions, they were falling when they arrived . And broke as I put them on. I let the company know. They said they were not going to replace or refund. Don’t touch them !!

These guys are a ripoff!!! Ordered a product and never received it! They do not respond to emails!!! CROOKS AND THIEVES!

I was cheated by them as well. They sent the articles by some unknown courier. I have been waiting for products for a long time. When I asked them to track my package they said: PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED - CHECK WITH YOUR NEIGHBOURS....Can you imagine?

They ignore me now and say it is not their responsibility anymore....

I bought the refillable Perfume Atomizer which looked like a wonderful idea for a frequent traveler like myself. After filling my atomizers up on a recent trip I noticed when I arrived and unpacked the atomizer was empty. It did not hold the liquid in and spilled all over my clothes. Utter waste of money. I have tried them several times and the same thing happens, I ended up throwing them out now they have my money and I have no product. Don't bother picking these up unless you want to have your money taken.

This place does not deserve any stars. Stay clear of this website. We ordered two buckets hats from their advertising on Facebook and they sent us two baseball glitter alien hats. I have emailed them about a return and they wanted pictures of the product of course I send the pictures with no return email. Stay away do not order from this company at all. They do not give returns even though it is their error. We lost money. DO NOT TRUST.....

Wrong product was delivered and customer service is a joke. Good lucking getting replacement products or a refund.
