Very poor experience, product contains isocyantes and this was not pointed out in fact hidden. Not suitable for home use.

Awesome! I definitely recommend Escreo. I painted my home office & kid's playroom - the transformation was very useful and creative.

My first order (paint and accessories worth £200+) never arrived (or presumed stolen) as the courier left it outside my front door. Contacted customer support repeatedly with no resolution until 4 weeks later when the case was took over by Director and founder of ESCREO. Customer support didn’t follow protocol and should have sent a replacement immediately as they have insurance for these type of circumstances. I asked for a refund at this point.

They agreed to send over a replacement order (and additional decorating kit as compensation) – only to find out that the hardener was faulty and the accessories was boxed in dirty industrial/black dust and the cleaning spray and whiteboard paint had no expiry date written! I contacted the Director/CEO again and sent photos of the faulty items and requested a refund again and arrange collection of the faulty items.

The owner proposed to send just the hardener item again but I had already lost faith in the quality of products so I disagreed and requested a refund. Few days later I had a call from the owner and he offered a counter offer for a replacement hardener (directly from Bulgaria) and a full refund. He advised to ‘give away’ the items to charity. So I agreed. The hardener received from Bulgaria itself has no labels on it – just 2 plain tin cans, nothing compared to the pictures on their website so unfortunately, too risky to give to charity either not knowing the ingredients in the tin or safety precautions, expiry dates etc.

So 6.5 weeks from date of order, lots of emails & calls, I finally have a refund. On another note, the accessories are severely overpriced and found out that the same items are fraction of the cost on Amazon.

I wont be ordering from ESCREO again or recommending them from my experience alone but I have received a full refund. So 3 stars.

I found this product very easy to apply. Also I had some queries and they were dealt with very efficiently by Yasen in customer service. Delivery to Ireland was very quick (2 days). I would recommend this product and company.

Really impressed with the product, does exactly what it says. Had a minor issue and Escreo went above and beyond to fix it. Highly recommended.

Honestly I am very happy and really satisfied by both the product and the quality of service. I ordered from Cote d'ivoire in West Africa, and now I fully enjoy writing and drawing on my home wall.

We have used it for more than a month , Kids simply love it and it's very easy to apply ( Need to proper strong gloves ) Kids are more engaged in writing and drawing than before.
The customer service from start to the end ( Regards to referral refund amount ) is a five star service.
over all very very happy with the product .

I used this product to create a nice home office for myself. Applied it easily on a full wall, waited for 3 days and now can't stop using it! I totally recommend!

Not suitable for schools

We bought this last week and I asked on amazon was it safe for classrooms and got response it was.

We were planning to have the older kids paint their desks to reduce paper etc

Mr matthews picked up the tin and told us in no circumstances could this be used in the school, he want online and found other reports that this product contains isocyanates not suitable for school use unless by specialist and school would need to be empty as vapour so toxic

There was nothing on amazon to say how dangerous it was

Used the paint to renovate the bedrooms of my nephews (3 & 6 years old), who tend to be future artists - not. My hypochondriac sister did not want builders, painters or any of that sort in the house due to the current environment, so had to do it on my own. It turned out super easy and what also surprised me was that the paint is almost odourless, so they could return in their rooms as soon as the paint dried out.

I've got to say using this paint has been a game changer for my home office setup. I am still a bit old fashioned when it comes down to writing tasks on boards and paper to organise my work and supervise my team. Now I have my own personal whiteboard on the wall which nobody knows it's there since it perfectly blends with the rest of the decoration and still looks great when you have guests over.

The packaging which turns into your paint tray was also a very creative idea which made application extremely straightforward and no additional equipment was required. Overall brilliant product and will be recommending to my company to use in our office space once we go back!

Amazing product and service! Thank you for creating such incredible paint. During lockdown one starts to appreciate the space around. Then you start thinking of ways to shake it up, to use it in new, different ways. Being able to use the walls to write, to leave notes, to paint - it brings fun to the whole family! It's easy to clean it and use it as a brand new canvas every time. Keep changing people's lives for the better! :)

Great product, great communication! Thank you Iskren! I bought this from Amazon a month back and at first thought it wasn't so good as it was patchy. I soon realised after getting in touch and receiving and immediate callback I had miscalculated the size and I had used 3 square meters of paint on a 6 square metre wall! Iskren was very kind and understanding and they sent me a new pot of paint the very next day. This covered the wall perfectly when following Iskrens thorough instructions, it looks and works great and the pens he advised to buy are perfect and leave no ghosting when used with a microfiber cloth, very happy indeed! Thanks guys! Can't wait to get creating!!

Spoke to them before I ordered and they gave me the information that I needed to make up my mind. I look forward to many months of creating and envisioning my ideas on my wall. Great product !!

Small issue after applying the product was quickly resolved after a good chat with Iskren. The end result is great, very happy with the whiteboard and the customer service provided.
