We needed help for a networking problem from Hell...10 year old wireless photocopier not talking to a new 4g router via an extended network with three computers and cctv networked into the system. This was a very complicated fix but the esc engineer arrived on schedule and in less than two hours had the system fully running, did a few improvements while on site and showed us how to reboot if necessary. Helpful, friendly..and an extremely affordable cost. All that for well under £100. Very competent, no mumbo jumbo and a nice bloke. He also made everything work better than it has ever done before. Very very impressed.
Having had Truespeed fibre installed to our home, we now are able to benefit fully from it, having had wifi points hard wired throughout our house. Our wifi is now high speed and seamless in every room and the installation was handled efficiently, helpfully and professionally from beginning to end.
Absolutely brilliant. They answer the phone! (rare these days) and are helpful and very knowledgable. Paul did a very efficient job, sorted the issue within the hour, then was very generous with a few tips and explanations. I can't recommend them highly enough.
