So far we are extremely satisfied with the booking process and help we received from Natasha Williams.
She answered all our questions promptly and offered to find better deals with accommodation that suited our needs and budget.
Cant recommend enough and i really hope everything turns out as promised by Escapes Worldwide.

Natasha Williams was so helpful and informative from the start. I had several quotes for our holiday but Natasha was so quick to answer my queries literally at any time and such competive prices and assist us in choosing the right hotel for our requirements. We used Escapes Worldwide for our honeymoon to the Maldives in February. The process couldn’t have been any easier. We was quite sketchy becuase of the small amount of reviews but I cannot fault the service we had. From start to finish the communication was spot on. We got stuck in Qatar with the Middle East crisis going on and they checked in daily with us to make sure we were ok and asked if there was anything they could do.

Will deffo use again!!

I found the agent Ryan to be very helpful. I requested a few changes and he was able to make them and feedback to me very quickly. I am in the process of looking at another holiday much later in the year. Again Ryan has been very helpful with this.So far my experience has been very good. I would have given a fiver star review if I could speak with someone using the number given on the website. I have tried several times and have never managed to get through.
This initially made me skeptical but otherwise happy with the service.

Ryan was amazing. Told him what I wanted and came back quickly with itenaries and quotes to match exactly my plans. Loads of info and booking very easy and answers questions anytime I ask. Nothing is a bother. Recommend anyone to use them 🙂

Just booked a safari and beach package with Ryan and he got us a good price. We went through everything and even changed one hotel (there's quite a few) to suit our needs better and it was no trouble at all. Smooth sailing and the payment plan is excellent. What a great company to book your next adventure with Natasha Williams has been amazing throughout, I have not been the easiest customer I must of had 10 different quotes adding people on then off, changing dates but she has had a lot of patients with me and nothing was a problem at all. She really has gone above and beyond litreally working around the clock! Mark put together a great trip to Cambodia and Vietnam. He replied to every email and many questions instantly. He walked me through visa application too. Now in the process of getting mark to organise next holiday.

Bryan was very personable and professional, listened to what I wanted, sorted out all the transfers - of which there were many! -flagged where I could make savings on cost and produced the quote quickly and efficiently. He picked up from what I was saying that the holiday was for a special celebration and notified the hotel of this. I would highly recommend him.

Barry was fabulous from start to finish. He always responded incredibly quickly and patiently answered all of my many questions! Nothing was too much trouble and she always made us feel very valued as customers. The package deal she put together was fantastic and I’d recommend her and Escape Worldwide to anyone.
