FUMING

Never ever witnessed anything like it. Booked for 3 of us to go to benidorm. Made sure we paid for all 20kg of luggage x 3. They took payment for our luggage as I did this separate to holiday booking it's only reason I rang back as I forgot to add it on. Everything went fine I paid for all 3 cases return. Now they are saying we didn't pay. My bank account says different even though I've told them this there now saying no it wasn't for luggage it's for the holiday. What an absolute lie. It was a phone call just specifically for cases & payment was taken. Can only ever speak to 2 people alice & another guy who both say we haven't paid.

Only giving 1 star to be able to…

Only giving 1 star to be able to review!!

Very misleading company. Please be aware of the admin charge per person that they fail to make you aware of when you ask for and are given a TOTAL OVERALL COST!! I was just lucky that my bank would not allow the 2nd admin fee to go through.

Due to misleading and untruthful information I wanted to cancel my holiday. Could not cancel the flights as they are not refundable or transferrable and are paid for directly off your bank card. I did cancel the accommodation segment of the holiday but this company are now purposely withholding my £500 refund. To the extent that I have had to go through the dispute/fraud team with my bank!!

Honestly - STAY CLEAR - DO NOT BOOK!!!!

Team do not ask for my booking reference because you didn't even provide me with one!!! Even had to do all the chasing for a reference number for my flight myself!!!!

My issue is they put original booking into my guests name, even tho i was lead pass on transfer, flights me paying, booking and email address. Anyway they then charged me £217 for a name change as they wouldn't accept responsibility for their error, I paid it as didn't feel I had a choice, didn't hear from them for about 6 weeks even tho I was emailing to ask for confirmation, they finally phoned me to say the hotel are refusing to do a name change so either don't go on holiday or go to a different hotel of there choosing, obviously again feeling I had no choice I took the hotel they offered after asking about all inclusive I was told no we would be half board at the new hotel, I asked if there was entertainment at the hotel as I'd be travelling with my 12 year old, I was assured there was everything we needed to have an enjoyable holiday.
Arriving at the hotel immediately felt it was run down no atmosphere dark and dingy, anyway we got to the room to find the bath was black and water ran brown, we left our bags and went out, asking reception to clean the bathroom whilst we was out. On our return the room hadn't been cleaned 5 hours later, we went down to find entertainment to be told there was none the only thing to do was sit at a bar and drink, were Muslim and 12 years old, not great advise.
I then contacted cheekytrip via WhatsApp to ask them to move us as this hotel wasn't suitable the breakfast was no choice no cereal bread, fruit anything to be honest. Cheekytrip told me no I had to stay at new hotel or pay again myself for somewhere new, which at this point I'd already decided I was changing hotel, i found a new one which was on the same grounds as my original booking 1 week all inclusive, so I'm now staying room only no perks at the same hotel I should have been all inclusive at an ld got to use the facilities and entertainment. I'm now been told they won't refund me or accept responsibility.
Rude customer service from start to end. .

Will never use again or recommend

Worse experience (Money Money Money)

I have just booked with this company. I have not even gone on my holiday yet and I am having a breakdown.
After paying £2999 for my holiday, I realize the next day they had spelt my daughter and my granddaughters name wrong. When I called to amend their mistake they are telling me I have to pay £50 to get it amended. I told them I do not have that money and they said there is nothing they can do. I ask to cancel my booking but told I can't cancel as it's non refundable. I am at my wits end and will have to go and borrow the money to pay for their mistake. If anyone can help me please let me know.

Booked two days ago for tomorrow

Booked two days ago for tomorrow. Was a bit worried at first because I read on here that people have been messed around and that the positive feedbacks were fake! Tom Coleman went above and beyond to sort my check in and everything. Feel at ease now. I will put something on here when I get back regarding the actual holiday I booked with these guys.

Extremely satisfied customer

I had never used this company before but from the moment I first spoke with Alice she showed 100% commintment to finding the holiday I had enquired about, ringing me back on a number of occasions to keep me updated and she now has everything in place for me, I'm very happy with the service I received.

Poor customer service

Book with them last year the worst holiday experience ever hotel was a total disaster submitted a complaint last year with all receipts as this was an all inclusive package still haven't heard back from them I have sent numerous emails but they failed to respond won't be booking with them again no customer service

1 year on and still no email or contact from this company

Worst company I have booked my tickets…

Worst company I have booked my tickets to Barcelona. Wouldn't recommend them at all. Over priced and have taken money out my account without my permission. Never got my money back. Most reviews are liar seem to be in house by their own customer service team. Trying to trick people into buying from them

It's NOT a scam...great holiday

I'd like to point out that at first I was convinced our holiday we booked to dominican republic was a scam and was so worried .. I kept ringing and hassling them for more info or reassure up to the date we left but everything was smooth from the flight to the accommodation. I feel bad now as they are trying their best but I can see how people can think this is a scam but it sure isn't. Because of the late notice of booking of less then 8weeks before we went, this company still let us pay in installments ... We spoke to Tom and Alex throughout our booking. Just make sure there are no hidden costs. I think there should be more training on the details they ask for just so people booking feel more secure but overall great service . Thanks for booking our fantastic holiday for 5 of us. I would book through them again.
