Dealt with Claire to arrange long distance flights at short notice and with some special requests. To say she was excellent would be an under statement. Due to her knowledge, clarity and efficiency it was a refreshingly stress free experience. Highly recommend Claire and Escape2.

Claire Williams has been amazing in helping me plan and book our holiday to Orlando. I had asked for a quote for a quote for specific flights and hotel and she was able to get these for me at a better price than anywhere else I had found. Very quick response time and low deposits. Have booked with them and their partner company Budget Travel 3 years in a row and have never been beaten on price. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I initially requested a quote last year but didn't receive any follow up after the first quote was sent and I requested further info. It transpired that the person who sent me the quote had left the company.
That's when I first received a call from Claire Williamson. She informed me that 2024 rates weren't available yet and sent me an email to make sure I had her contact details.
I reached out to her again this week and she provided me new quotes. Claire was so helpful and responsive throughout the whole process, no question was unanswered, no request was too much for her, she was a godsend. The whole process from there right up to booking my honeymoon was smooth and very enjoyable.
I would like to highlight to management the excellent job that Claire did, and not only that but she was extremely friendly and personable and made me feel like I was her only customer.

Fantastic customer service, really attentive, listened to what we wanted and came up with a number of options. From initial enquiry to final booking, Claire was fantastic to deal with - couldn't recommend her / them more.
