Very easy from beginning to end.

More precise information could be provided regarding filling for electrical units. Mine arrived filled 100% but instructions said only fill to 90% which leaves top 130mm of towel rail unheated. Exactly how much room should be left to accommodate expansion without undue pressure build up?

Nothing else to add, really - "Milano" brand with Polish thermas sold as Hudson Reed products. Had to cancel and return the item.
The company service was good. They provided a full refund.

I am a regular buyer of the Internet, in fact buy many products come and obviously some very good and others not so much. Two years ago I bought a full shower in Hudson reed, was fine until a couple of months that the tap has failed. I get in touch with them to ask for a replacement. My surprise was great attention that showed from the start. Worrying at all times to the point that I have replaced the shower free. I had never been treated like a business. The recommend it to everyone and will not be the only purchase you will. I marveled at the attention of Hudson reed.

The towel rail arrived on time and as described on the website. It is perfect and I have contacted the company to ask a couple of questions and they have been very helpful. Thank you.

Some more communication would´ve made it easier. A phone call is always for the best.

I am surprised about the quality/price of your products, so far rather good.
The costumer service is simply inexistent.
Communication is what make humans humans. You are failing at the very foundation of a business. Improve that and your business will rocket, because you have a competitive product.
How is it possible you don't have a hot line to contact you with any questions/issues that may and in fact do come up?!
I made a very expensive purchase as a leap of faith as there was no one at the end of the line to clear my doubts about the product, in fact I emailed you twice with a very simple technical enquiry about a radiatory and never heard back from you.

Then we have the issue with the delivery.
It took you almost a week the first time I purchased taps, and more than that the second time I bought a few radiators to dispatch the items!!!
Guys, we are in Europe, in the XXI century. Hire more personnel, seriously, you can't do that, this is not in Africa, here things happen fast, for good or bad.
I'm VERY sad to have to give you 2 stars, because you have a good thing there but something is just not working.
Fix it, please.

Service impeccable

Received shower handsets that differed from the photos on their website. Requested many times for the product number that matched a photo of the items received so I could return and get the correct ones but my questions were not answered. I also received a tap with a manufacturing flaw. It was eventually replaced at no charge after numerous emails were exchanged. Wouldn't recommend buying from this company.

I ordered a product from the Internet site which as stated as not being available until a certain date. When the date came I had an email to say the two products had been dispatched and a couple of days later they arrived.

I live in Spain, and I was a bit worried about not being able to see the items in a showroom, and about the delivery. Hudson Reed answered my emails quickly and efficiently, in Spanish, and delivered the items as promised. I am very pleased.
