Complete disaster! No clue about customer service
My first order didn't arrive and was returned by the courier. The manager tried to blackmail me by withholding part of my refund until I took down the negative review. I did not remove the review, but I am adding another. They promise a delivery date, and it might as well be a pie in the sky because they don't honour it. I ordered a mamparas (shower screen); they said it was 5 - 7 business days delivery. I got it on business day 10. They did not communicate with me, they did not advise why there was a delay, and they did not apologise until I contacted them to complain. They simply do not understand customer service. They claim to be a victim of the courier. Well, all I can say is that you have the power to control the courier and if they are making you look bad, then you should deal with it. For my part, I don't care about the courier I bought from AICA Sanitarios. There was no delay in taking my money and trying to blackmail me to improve their ranking is nothing short of fraud and low life behaviour. If you want better reviews then improve the service you deliver.
