I bought Dior bag and LV wallet late…
I bought Dior bag and LV wallet late afternoon last Saturday Dec. 7, 2019 and I was very satisfied and happy with the ítems. All the ítems in the store are worth buying! And the big bonus was the great customer service of Ms. Alba whose very honest and had a complete information of the ítems I bought and those that I asked for. It´s worth a visit!

I don’t speak or write Spanish, therefore my feedback is written in English. I have purchased on this website for the first time and had a bit problem with language but I have DM directly DEX Spain on Instagram lovely ladies and they helped me all the way. The purchase was easy and clear. I feel confident that all items are checked and approved. The shipping was quick, secure and item was really well protected. I love the fact that was zero plastic used inside of the box and therefore could recycle afterwards. Really recommend and will purchase again. Thank you!

Where is the quality I always expect?
Today, I went to see Marta and the girls just to sell a bag as always I do when I come here.Suddenly I found a new sales assistant. He rudely asked for my ID and I said to him that normally (I am a regular client to the store) the girls only ask for my ID number so he again insisted rudely to give him the ID physically so I gave it to him. I was in shock for this awful answer from him that I would never expect from the girls. Finally Marta appeared and everything changed. She offered me a coffee and some biscuits and she said to me that why I didn’t get to the store in a long time. Then I was having the coffee and a really nice time with her having a look at the gorgeous handbags and wallets you have. Thanks Marta for making my visit so comfortable as always. I’ll of course come back and visit you and the girls.
