I live in the United States and had never heard of Erresse and was nervous about buying from an unknown company in another country. I looked around for reviews and decided to place my order after seeing good ratings, which is why I'm leaving a review. I can't believe how fast my Guzzini flatware came. I bought a beautiful pitcher and from the moment I ordered until delivery, I was kept informed as to the progress of the order. I received it in about a week. Packaged wonderfully. The box that was in the shipping box (that the pitcher came in) looked like an old fashioned hat box-very cute! Very good experience with this company and would not hesitate to order from their online site again!
