The customer support was very immediate, direct and to the point without making things very difficult or burdensome. She provided instruction on what needed to be done and what the next steps would be
The customer support was very satisfactory, and the agent (Paris) was very direct and straightforward in recommending what needed to be done to first identify my initial concern and secondly find a solution to my problem. She did not beat around the bush or send me on a wild goose chase. The response and turnaround time were excellent as within a day my issue was confirmed and immediate efforts were made to correct my issue with a replacement of the defective product.

The customer service is impeccable

Lost in the Ozone

Fantastic Customer Service
Paris was fast, responsive, and helped me resolve my issues. Fleshy’s products are overall amazing, but there was 1 in particular that I wasn’t so happy with, but customer service was immediately on it and refunded me for that specific product. Nothing but good things to say about my experience with this company!
