Always helpful and thoughtful! I wouldn’t use any other skin care products!

I’ve always tried to take care of my skin. As a result I’ve used virtually everything available at one time or another. Nothing else comes close to the Erno Laszlo products.

I have been using Laszlo products since I was in my mid-20s. I'm now 74 and continue to be a loyal customer. Before I discovered Erno Laszlo I found that my skin was very sensitive and reacted badly to many cosmetic potions. It was distressing and a waste of money. Additionally, I was still dealing with acne since had plagued me since my early teens. Laszlo was a miracle! Many of my friends and relatives are now also fans and users.
Now that I purchase the products on the web, I am impressed with the customer service and reliability. Thank you for your quality products!

I’ve been using Erno Laszlo products for many years! Using the double cleanse oil and soap, followed by toner and moisturizer keeps my skin clean and moisturized. That said, I am now retired and rethinking the high cost each time I purchase. I love taking advantage of the occasional sale offers! The website makes it easy to order.

I’m a Laszlo user and have been using the various products for over 55 years! And whenever I’m out whether it be grocery shopping or dinner. I get compliments! The company is reliable and the products are effective! The new products are exciting to try and without fail… are successful! I have also enjoyed observing the changes and the development in the company!

I received an offer to receive 40% off my purchase on Sunday. I picked 5 items to order but didn’t see the option to use my points. I tried to get help in the chat but didn’t get an answer. I tried to call but there was no answer. Yesterday I called and was told the 40% had expired and also I couldn’t use points with a discount. I was told I could choose which I wanted. 30% off was more than the points so I used that. I am very disappointed that I couldn’t find that answer on your website and as a result it cost me approximately $65 more.

I have been a devoted customer for over 30 years and greatly appreciate the innovative products. My Ambassador, Vicky, does an incredible job keeping me informed on all the latest science and products coming from Erno Laszlo.

Great product knowledge. Quick service

I tried to buy products using the code indicated in the email and it didn't work. I had about $900 worth of product in my cart. I did not make the purchase without the 30% discount and was planning to contact customer service about this.

I did not receive the product samples I had the option to choose. I ordered 2 products I have used for years and selected was given the option to select a sample with each product but neither sample came. Very disappointing because Laszlo counters in department stores are very limited, unlike 1981 when I first started using EL
