Erka Prep Center Reviews 20

This so-called "prep center" is nothing but a scam operation. Previously, they operated under the name PrepLarge, and now they’ve rebranded as ERKA Prep — same scam, just a different name. They take your money and completely ghost you or fail to deliver any proper service. This is a recurring scam, and it’s clear they will likely pop up again with a new name once exposed.

Do NOT trust them. Be cautious and do your research before working with any prep center. I hope this helps someone avoid the headache and loss that I and others have experienced.

The people at Erka Prep are a bunch of scammers.
I had a terrible experience with Erka Prep and want to warn others. The people running this place are complete scammers. They outsource all the actual prep work to other centers, take money from their clients upfront, and then never pay the real prep centers doing the work. This results in delays, confusion, and a complete lack of accountability.

They present themselves as professional, but once they have your money, they vanish or give endless excuses. Avoid this place at all costs — they're dishonest and untrustworthy.
They stopped replying to texts, emails, and calls after April 3rd, 2025.

If anyone is having an issue with this warehouse. Here is an update on it: They have done fraud and left abondoned the location with the clients INV.

The actual location and legal owners of the locations were Fidelity Prep Center at the location of 108 Ark Road NJ. If any one is seeing this review and had their inv stuck and are not getting response from this "ERKA" shit warehouse contact Fidelity and they will resolve your issue. I got my issue resolved and I hope yours to get resolve as well.

Make sure to contact Fidelity as ERKA has not cleared the payments for them and they told us that if we had not contacted them within the next 10 days they would have already liquidated all of this stuff. So, if you have your INV there contact them at your earliest.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ERKA PREP CENTER: I requested my refund 3 weeks ago, i was told i will receive it that same day, or the next day. Well, that did not happen! Three weeks later, i was told that i will be refunded this past weekend (March 1, 2025 - Friday or Saturday) at the most. Today is March 4th, 2025 and i have not received my refunds. They are still claiming that will refund soon!! Bunch of scammers. Stay away

I have been using this 3PL Warehouse around 3 month I didn't have any issues with them they are fast and using web portal

I have sent my inventory to their warehouse, but they have not delivered one of my orders. They are using a fake label and the charges are very high

Working with ERKAPREP was so good
There support is fast and helpful available 24/ 7.
And the price is also reasonable too

The only thing I ever wanted was fast turnaround time and Erkaprep does that so well. I have seen them prepare my package within 2 hours of me uploading the labels into their system. Never have I ever worked with a prep center this efficient. Easily recommend it.

Started working with Erka Prep recently and then team is phenomenal! Communication is the biggest factor as the team is always available to answer any questions you have. All inventory is out very quickly and i have never had any issues. Prices are fair and service is above and beyond! I would recommend any one on the fence to try them out
