To be honest I wish I could leave no stars for these absolute bunch of ar$$holes!! Scammed good and proper. Don't buy from these disgusting low life people.
Say item has been delivered , to where god only knows, then de-activate their email address as soon as you ask for a refund. Luckily PayPal sorted this out within minutes.

I think they are scammers, after 2 months the email address I used to get in touch with them tells me that it no longer exists and the package is being delivered 300km from my delivery address .. scam do not buy from them !!

This company ERKANAYDIN is a scam. I ordered 2 shoe racks from the company since 5th of December, 2022. The goods have not been received till now. Tracking the number, Royal mail stated that the goods had been collected in Ely CSP situated in Ely. I live in East London, how could my goods be collected in Ely? Please do not patronise Erkanaydin. They are SCAMMERS.

I ordered in dec 2021 they gave me à wrong tracking number it said delivered in Welland ontario but I live in Québec and they did not wanted to give me a refund so dont buy from them

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE I ordered a cheese board 4th dec 2021 item never turned up contacted them as was constantly fobbed off with it’s been shipped or they will send another which I’ve never received. They are now being investigated

Avoid! Order 2 cheeseboards before Christmas. Never arrived. Contacted several times, they've sent me a tracking number, I've tracked the parcel, called the post office in London, they told me that parcel had been delivered to a person with different name and address. Contacted the seller again, they told me to contact the post offise, as item has been delivered. Scammers!

As others have said, this company are definitely scammers. I ordered two cheeseboards at the start of December and they never arrived. Company kept fobbing me off and then sent me a tracking number that said my parcel had been delivered (not to my address) to some random address. Put in a claim with PayPal today and they have already agreed to issue a refund. Well done PayPal, I’m actually impressed.

Rust removal fiber laser cleaning machine...some one ells selling the same erkanaydin.com. paid on the 17/12/2021 . emailed them on the 19/1/2022 .they have no data on the item. they wear paid buy paypal. paypal tell you contact the seller. i now after spend hours trying get a refund. i for got to copy and past pages.from facebook. to day i see some one is selling the same laser rust remover. at 1/2 the price . no address no phone numbers on paypal and facebook. are we fools .if a site does not reveal it address or a phone number. keep well away from it. a laser rust remove can cost 1000. if it look to good ,tell face book .about the videos you see are scams.

Some sort of scam site fell for it after seeing an ad on Facebook. Never received any confirmation of order just Paypal receipt. Item never turned up went through Paypal for a refund.

Ordered two cheeseboards on the 14th Dec 21. Did not arrive. Contacted them told they had been despatched a week earlier and gave me a tracking number. The number showed they were despatched that day. Followed tracking to London then to Wolverhampton in which it was delivered. Obviously not my tracking number! Keep explaining this but keep thinking a robot replies as same old. Parcel delivered, check neighbours etc. Sick of explaining delivered and not my address. Keep saying Be patient. Trying to take it up with PayPal now but can't see transaction on my account? But monies come out of bank account. PayPal are just as bad to get hold of.How they are allowed to advertise on FB and PayPal accepting transactions is beyond me.

wish I had read the reviews before this. Terrible experience. Ordered suitecase in November, they said it arrived in January. What arrived was a small round light that weighed ounces. I am so angry with myself that I fell for this. Please, no one else do so.

This company was a scam. No receipt and no tracking number. I received a tracking number after I started a dispute with PayPal. Who knows what was in the package of the tracking number they eventually gave me. I followed it's progress and it was delivered to another address. Someone else's tracking number I assume. Then they had the cheek to tell me it was delivered to the address provided. Don't buy from them. They are SCAMMERS.

I placed an order for a Folding Work Tabled on 12/17/2021, on 12/28/2021 I emailed Erkanaydin, they did responded however they could not give me a tracking #, but that it was shipped. On 1/8/2022 I again sent an email stating I hadn't received the item, I followed up the next day with a picture of the item. They responded on 1/10/2022 giving me a tracking # with UPS. I used the tracking # on UPS, & they stated the package was delivered on 12/29/2021 that evening, realize it weighs approx. 75lbs. I have a security camera & I show no one came to my door that day! Now I have to file a claim with UPS, however I had to send another email to Erkanaydin asking them for a phone number, as it is required with UPS in order to file a claim. No where on their sight do they have a phone number, only the email address for contact. If I can't resolve it through UPS, then I'll contact PayPal to file a claim!
