i buy es7809 radio 26.11.2018 for 221 gbp with 1 year waranty. after 7 months no working usb-this need for front camera, tpms internet stick etc. after 2 months emails with this company, send me offer for new radio for good price - next 120gbp.i ask for refund. send me back 85 gbp, because i use this radio 7 months - where is 1 year waranty.because is 7 months no help you with this ebay, no help yo paypal. very bad experience with this company

I have the Erisin DU7069 and missing RCA cable in my stereo.Nothing seller have this cable.I need to buy an other stereo only because its impossible to find this cable!

Ive had a radio installed for a while now and had no problems what so ever only thing I will say dab radio side of things is not the best but the rest of radio and apps etc work perfect I have got lastest model for my car mind

bought a 6211 2 din unit was supposed to be australian wharehouse took 5 weeks to arrived after complaining offered extra 3 months warranty 2 months later gps would not open they sent a download site to update maps would not download sent email with update would not install then sent a new complete update installed update as per instructions now i have no gps no bluetooth and radio keeps losing its memory this has now been 6 months of to and froing finally was told motherboard broken and because of the age of the unit (8months) they would not cover it but offered to sell me anew unit at a reduced price LIKE HELL also Ebay and Paypal so called buyer protection was non existent

Excellent for the 7918V from erisin.com , they give me good support. I had problems with gps, after contact with them, they help me solve it fast, all work well now.

I'M BUYING A DEVICE ES8863 AND ORDER REFERENCE PKEOEJDKS . I RECEIVE THE PARCEL IN 24 JUN . IN 29 JUN INSTALL UNIT IN MY CAR AND AFTER 2 HOURS NOTHING WORKS IN TOUCH SCREEN . INFORMATED IMMEDIATELY ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND THEY TOLD ME TO OPEN SCREEN AND REMOVE AND PUT AGAIN THE RIBBON CABLE AND DONT WORRY ABOUT WARRANTY . I DO IT BUT NOTHING . ANYWAY AFTER SOME MESSAGES THEY TOLD ME TO RETURN UNIT FOR REPAIR. I RETURN IT IN 5 JUL AND THEY RECEIVE IT ABOUT 12 JUL . Bought an Erisin unit off ebay and couldn't be happier, easy instal and works perfectly every function. Good value for money.

I bought a Erisin 2831 for my 2007 Ford Fiesta. It works on Android 9. Very easy to install, fits exactly as the same as the 6000CD which was on the car. Everything works very well and the sound is a lot better than the original.
I've only seen once insults in Chinease; I probably did to much things in the same time! A reboot and back to work.
I'm very satisfied with this GPS (for the moment)!

I had a unit that was defective from Erisin. I did everything i could for them to meet me in the middle to fix the defective sat nav unit for my partner's Fiesta ST. Nothing. I then by chance and mistakenly, purchased another from them that worked fine. I thought luck of the draw and chanced buying another for my car. It worked eventually with a few issues that i had to work out myself after trying unsuccessfully to get help from them. Just a moot point. The actual amplifier is inferior to the original and the blue tooth also. (Something to do with the frequency that is set for music is actually meant for talking hence you loose a hell of a lot of quality ) You may be wondering why still. Because of Google maps. The best satnav software that is free. better than the oem that did not even use post codes. Google maps uses the location signaling from all android phones along your route to predict your arrival time. very good. Better than Waze in my opinion. Also,it being android you can download all your favorite apps, pod casts etc. Buying from another country is so risky but the alternative to pay £900- over 1k for a premium brand system, when you can buy for less than £200 that does it all, (when it is not defective) is a strong temptation.

es5028s device Julius 2017 Symacshop webshop. Skoda Octavia II. 2006 battery drained. new can bus bought. It worked for a year. then the image of the rear view camera was frozen. the screen is black.Symacshop do not answer. 2 years warranty was promised. DO NOT BUY FROM SYMACSHOP. DO NOT MAKE ERISIN.

The first unit I ordered set on fire and started smoking.

However the replacement has been faultless so far, so putting this down to just bad luck with getting a dodgy unit to begin with.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! STAY AWAY. Their products are absolute garbage. I bought a head/Navi unit for My E46 M3 and it did not work a day. The apps were crashing the screen was freezing and the OS was rebooting it self everyday due to crashing as well! I shipped the unit back to them. They received it and 4 months later they still haven’t refunded me the money. Now I have an open case against them with PayPal and I still can’t get my money back. This is an absolute nightmare. Im not a person to write a review about anything ever, really but enough is enough. On top of that they forced me to pay for return shipping to China which was $88 and it wasn’t even my fault. Their product was defective! Why do I have to pay for shipping for something that simply doesn’t work right?! DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE!

From day one the unit had problems started by freezing up then turning off, many emails back and forth but they wouldn’t do a refund, trouble is they string you along for long enough so that eBay and PayPal are not interested.
Just avoid this company

Brought a head unit only to find that the screen is a pasty white hew over it and there are no screen settings other than brightness. Onboard Nav wont function , cant get to the top of the screen to search, tried reinstall but no go. Apart from that it is well appointed with features but that's all useless if the screen is crap

Marchio cinese di 4 categoria. Le idee non sarebbero male ma la qualità costruttiva unita al pessimo supporto ne fanno una marca da evitare come la peste.
La radio ha funzionato a dovere per quasi due mesi ma dopo un tasto ha smesso di dare segni di vita e poco dopo è morto pure il bluetooth.
Ho contattato più e più volte il supporto tecnico, che usa solo un pessimo inglese, senza avere soluzioni concrete. Inizialmente avevano un comportamento quasi corretto ma poi ho notato che insistevano che provassi all'infinito le loro soluzioni. Gli ho spiegato che non funzionavano e puntualmente mi riproponevano la stessa soluzione.
Al momento non mi stanno proprio rispondendo e questo è estremamente offensivo per i clienti
Pessimo tutto! Se potete spendete qualche soldo in più e acquistate un prodotto migliore.

Chinese brand of low level. The ideas would not be bad but the build quality combined with the bad support make it a brand to avoid like the plague.
The radio worked well for almost two months, but then a button stopped working and shortly after the bluetooth died, too.
I contacted the technical support over and over again, they answered only wrtiting in a bad English and never gave me a concrete solution. At the beginning they were correct and kind but I noticed that they insisted with the same solutions and even if I explained that they were not working their answer was always the same.
Now they are not answering me at all and this is an extremely serious offense to all customers.
Bad everything! If you can spend some extra money and buy a better product.

Like most on this feedback site, I had the worst experience ever with this company. I bought a audio unit for my son. Worked well for a month then just a blue screen.
emailed the company and was told to pull it apart myself and check connections. Was sent a new screen and told to install it myself, I refused and then the stalling started. After 6 months of emails and sending it back to be repaired or replaced they said they don't make that model anymore and I was only entitled to half a refund. I stood my ground for another month of emails but finally folded as I thought I would end up with nothing. Received half my money back.
