Ordered a children’s helmet~ sent the first one back because you sent the wrong one. It was also marked down with the sticker attached to the box for $59.99-I paid $72. Called and asked about discount and you wouldn’t honor the sale price. Ordered a 2nd helmet to try to get the correct one, which was discounted to $67 but had to pay full shipping of $15, received the 2nd helmet which was the wrong color AGAIN!! Keeping that one because I am tired of losing money to Erik’s and never getting what I actually ordered!!! Won’t shop with them again!

First pair shipped to house less than 3 days, didn’t fit so I exchanged them and the new ones got here faster than the first pair somehow. Great consumer service.

Nice bike and it came with all of the manufacturer’s manuals. Bike was in very good condition but the rear derailleur cage was bent. Communications were excellent. Somehow the “new” bike showed 135 miles on the motor odometer and 3 charge cycles on the battery?

The front wheel arrived dented. I filed claim. I don't know why I need to file a claim. That should be bike shop's job to their vendor/manufacturer. Bike arrived damaged should be replaced without question from the customer. This is ridiculous.

I purchased snowboard boots for my son for Christmas. They ended up being too small and ERIK's didn't have the next size up, so they suggested a different option. We are happy with these boots, but they were a bit cheaper. We ended up getting a gift card to use at the store instead of a refund of the difference. I was given no option - just informed of my "credit" at the store which is unfortunate because it's not enough to really purchase much and after paying shipping will end up costing me more. I would have given a 5 star review if I simply could have been refunded the difference.

Pretty good price on the board I got. Only thing bad about it was there was a pea size gouge on the base. Wish it was stated that it had a defect on the site. There's no way anyone could have missed if they casually inspected it. Going to Ptex it as it is probably cheaper than shipping it back.

Terrible experience. Recently Purchased nidecker supermatic carbon snowboard bindings. They are not cheap binding and was under the impression I was getting brand new ones. I was sent 1 binding. Imminently called them and was told oh yea the other one is a display we will send it to you. At this point I cannot use them. The second binding finally gets here and you can tell it’s a display that’s been tried on multiple times. So i contacted back explaining the situation and that it does not say anything when you purchase these that they are displayed tried on models. Instead of doing the right thing and atleast offering some sort of discount, that was not the case. Because of the snowboarding season starting and not wanting to deal with shipping again. I kindly request a tried on display discount especially when it comes to these high performance bindings. Was denied multiple times. This whole experience has been terrible. Especially when you invest time and money with this place. Have all the receipts and emails from them.

The customer service, the chat for example, is very easy to use. I like that there was package protection. The AI was surprisingly useful. Searching for products and filters were good too. Overall very well made website. I wish there was more flexibility to cancel items in an order and flexibility to change payment method when needed. I accidentally used a credit card I never use but I couldn't change it (supposedly) according to the representative. Also there was one item that was cheaper somewhere else so I asked to price match, they said no, they item hadn't shipped, but they also couldn't cancel it. I had free returns/package protection so no big deal, but kind of odd.
